Area is small and close to the terminal but really poor signage. Also, my number plate for online prepaid long stay wasn't recognised at the barrier. Great if you know the airport, but as a visitor I ended up in the wrong bit of the carpark, and needed help to find, get in and get out of the long stay. I regularly use airport parking all over Europe. Edinburgh needs bigger, clearer signage for visitors please.

Hello, Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear that our automated number plate recognition (ANPR) system did not recognise you upon entry. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes. Sometimes it’s difficult to find a parking space when you arrive at the airport so time is wasted going round and round the area looking for a space

Terminal Parking is close to the terminal which is good. Bays are small which makes parking a moderately large car difficult. The system did not pick up my change from longstay to terminal parking..despite charging me for the new booking. This meant that the system wanted £155 from me on exit. I was told to be more careful about parking in the correct place next time… which I did not appreciate. In short, it is worth using but be prepared for it not to go smoothly if you change anything.

The initial price was good, but down side is, as there are no shuttle buses running it is a bit of a walk, also after returning From my break the machine asked for £120.00 , I had pre paid and the guy on telecom sorted it but really shouldn’t have happened and was a bit of a panic.

Good price for a week's parking, as long as you pre book and pay upfront. Shame the bus isn't running, as, if you're parked at the back end of long stay it's a long walk with heavy cases to the terminal over some bumpy tarmac.

Parking facility is great, easily accessible and staff member who assisted was super helpful, however the online booking system and lack of ease to contact a customer service team is a not so good, I needed to extend my parking due to a delayed flight and had to make a whole new booking to do so, there should be an option to just add more time to original booking. It would save time for the staff without having to have people buzz them to deal with these issues at the barrier too.

I had to book with my own numberplate and then change to the hire car plate but when I tried to leave, the control hadn't logged the change so it tried to charge me £150. Pressed the help button and got it sorted quickly but could have done without the stress.

Disappointing that having reserved the multi-storey parking for two weeks parking months ago, on arrival on Saturday 12th at 09.30 the only few spaces available were on the roof. It was a wet and very windy day, so unpacking the baggage was horrible. Surely if Edinburgh airport take long-term bookings in advance, they sure ensure that these travellers have space available in eth covered parking.

The parking area was fine. However, signage to find the parking on our return was woeful. Signs for mid stay disappeared, and it took us a good half hour to make our way back. Please check signage from airport!

Pre paid parking. On departure from carpark I was asked to pay £220. I panicked but the help team authorised the pre paid was ok.

Parking easy enough to get in and out of, however tried to charge me an additional £165 at point of exit. Always watch when leaving.

Going on early morning flight to Dublin driving from renfrewshire to Edinburgh arrived at Airport and there was no problems finding parking area (mid parking ) however on our return it was late and we obviously took a wrong turn as there weren't many signs for parking out of Airport and couldn't find car we walked about for 10 mins looking asked a driver of bus (park and ride ) who sent wrong direction it started snowing heavily my sister and I just wanted to get home we had to walk around the main road round over the tram trcks to see a sign for ......we were freezing and then we find M8 slip road to Glasgow shut with no diversion signs up and followed road back up and it took us to same place again .......didnt get home till after midnight ....I'm an experienced all weather driver of 35 yrs and I was appalled ....it put us off flying from Edinburgh after such a good start .

Didn’t think he signage was clear in finding the right car park. All different colours. Not helpful. Also, I’m getting to the terminal. Not clear at all, especially in the dark.

No spaces. Everyone was parking on double yellow lines as no option. I managed to find a space luckily but after arriving home I noticed someone bumped into my car. Do you have cctv?

First point problem at barrier, second point poor signage to get to terminal especially in the dark,thirdly no contact points to try and get help to find car.

Great communication initially after booking .. .. very helpful and re-assuring! Booked Medium Stay.... 5 - 10 min walk to Terminal..... However got upgraded to Long Stay...which supposedly was closer! The access / egress to car park was no problem, however the car park was actually much further away. My flight didn't get in till around midnight....and by the time I got through passport control and to my car it was around 1am. This meant I had a longer walk in the dark & rain... alone !

Paid for the long stay carpark for 8 days. Price was fine but the advertised 7 minutes from terminal was more like 15/20 minutes as we had to park well away from the closest point. Exit to terminal is poorly signposted and there is no covered walkway to it which meant we were tramping through lots of puddles in sleet and rain. Probably look for something less open next time.

A very wet walk with deep and unavoidable puddles - so much so that my son had soggy shoes on our flight and our suitcases were soaked at the bottom from having to pull through them - not the ideal start to a holiday. If we hadn't driven past the walkway as going to Park, I don't think I'd have found it - needs clearer signage.

All disabled parking slots were full ehich meant we had to park some distance away. We needed wheelchair assistance so not ideal
