First time parking here. As no shuttle buses were running and I had no idea of layout or airport and no one around. Was like trying to get out a maze and very stressful start to my holiday. Needs many more visible signs to show you where to go.

Hi Sharon, Thank you for your review. I’m sorry to hear you found our wayfinding confusing. Clear signage is one of the most important things to have in any busy environment, but especially in an airport. Please be assured that we are actively working on our wayfinding strategy, and we will ensure feedback, like yours, is brought into the discussion. Kind regards, Rachael Customer Support Team

Had to extend parking whilst away, was more complicated than it should be in my opinion. Had to do a new sale to cover the extension which i then didnt have a ticket for which meant i was stopped at the gate on the way out.

Hi John, Thank you for your review. I understand the frustration caused when extending an existing booking and I'm pleased to say that we are currently looking into how we can improve the process. Thanks, Customer Support Team

Parking was fine but as with most airports, the ability to pick up and drop off by the parking was problematic - constant fear of being ANPRed whilst trying to find a place to drop off a driver to collect their car.

I tend to use the multistorey parking option, as it also includes priority access to the security checks avoiding the normal queues. However, on my last few trips the priority queue has been longer and slower than the normal queue due to reduced No of lanes operating and every staff member pushing into the front of the priority queue. On both of my last 2 trips I left the priority queue and joined the normal queue and cleared security considerably faster.

Good parking facilities, only problem was finding the exit in the dark, a number of other cars were having the same problem.

Parking itself was easy, found a space no problem ,however we had an issue on exit, and found the person we spoke to quite rude and patronising

Listen up, the parking was great but upon exit (and not for the first time) once you input your ticket you receive a bill for £999.00! despite the fact that you’ve booked online and paid upfront - it takes a few frustrating minutes to sort this out, but they need to improve their systems to prevent this reoccurring.

Hell of a long walk with baggage on a wet day. Really miss the courtesy bus.

On our way back from Holidays , we have difficulties to get back to this car park from Airport terminal ,it's not clearly displayed as two adults get lost ,this wasn't great as we end up walking through car rental and then public road in middle of night. Everything seems to be temporary and confusing mostly including Exit signs for cars ,and we are frequent flyers.

The parking was fine. Paying £4 for dropping someone off is blatant profiteering.

Hi Iain, Though drop-off fee has risen to £4, the allotted time has been doubled to 10 minutes and it's worth noting that we still have our free drop-off area which is located within the Long Stay Car Park and can be accessed for 30 minutes without charge. Thanks, Customer Support Team

Despite having pre booked and paid I found it very difficult to find a parking space. Had to wait until someone else came out and get into that space.

The parking itself was great. Close to Terminal and easy to find when driving. However, trying to find the way to walk (to airport and back) whilst dark was unnecessarily difficult! A couple of other travellers found the gap in the fence so I followed them but signage needs to be a lot better!

Dates not flexible. Had to extend my stay abroad due to a medical emergency. Was unable to extend my parking ticket at a reasonable price. Paid £84 for 3 weeks, then an additional and separate £36 for an extra 3 days. Disproportionate and my e-mail received no reply.

The parking aspect was great and not too far to terminal. Bad point was flight delayed 25hrs on way back no fault of ours had to pay an extra £40 to get out of airport although already pre paid.

I come regularly to airport to pick up my daughter and use 'pick-up zone'. It normally costs me £9. It annoys me that cars use the 'drop-off' zone to pick up passengers and then only pay £4. Shame!

Experienced a bit of trouble when trying to leave car park. Despite booking and paying online for a week’s parking in advance, when I got to the exit on the dark late at night I was charged for the full cost and the barrier would not lift. I managed to contact someone on the radio system and after a few questions they let us through but it was a bit upsetting.

Hi Frances, It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes. I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time. Kind regards, Customer Support Team

Expensive to park at Edinburgh airport and a long walk for long stay car park as no buses running now. It is extortionate to drop off or pick up someone, costing £4, absolute rip-off. Don't know how they get away with it.
