“Booked the long stay car park and paid for it in full when I booked it .
Then when we arrive back from our holiday to find out at the barrier they wanted us to pay another £133 pounds , so stressful !”
“Number plate was not recognised. I was innitially charged £150 to exit the car park barrier until I challenged it. Then because of the road closures and very poor road signs to exit the facility, I ended up in the 'short stay drop off' which I had to pay £4 to go through because there was no answer on the 'help' button. this was around 2230hrs

“I booked and paid £39.99 for a car parking space - order ID:EGOSXTQKT but did not notice that the cover page did not say which car park, I turned up early in the morning to catch an 8.05 flight and I showed my booking details to a car parking attendant who directed me to the multi-storey car park but I was sure it was not right so I had to ring my wife for her to look up the location. She told me it was a multi-storey car park. I parked the ticket had my car details on it. I came back the next day and could not get out without paying £130.”
“Pre paid the Terminal Parking and entry into car park was straight forward. Arrived back 5 days later and when trying to exit the car park they demanded an additional £200. Contacted the attendant using the intercom and he agreed to raise the barrier to allow us to exit. No apology or explanation offerred. It appears that this is quite a common occurrence and they have no intention of rectifying this fault. I wonder how many people just pay up and don't dispute the error.”
“Oh dear. This is the second time I've parked here in two weeks and the second time I've had to wait in a queue to get out of the car park because the barriers were not working. The only reason to pay the exorbitant price of this car park is the convenience, but that is lost if you can't get out of the car park!!”
