“Plane parking is an excellent service, slight improvements i would like are more blue badge spaces near the bus stops and stricter checks on users, too many parking in those spaces without a blue badge being displayed. Also maybe another bus stop at the top end of the car park”
“We usually park in the multi-storey parking at the airport but this was unavailable, so we booked fast park instead. It was really simple to use and the staff in attendance were really helpful and friendly. Excellent service.”
“The parkling system itself is great, especially fastpark. On this occasion however I picked up my car in the early hours of the morning to find someone had been messing about with my radio (which I do not use), light settings, seat settings (not just to fit a perhaps taller driver, but reclining it too), heater settings and generally messing about. Not only an invasion of privacy but waste of my time after a long flight at 03.30 in the morning!”
“Everything was just fine until we tried to exit the car park within our time window and was presented with a £1200 plus charge to to pay to exit the car park! Is this how you make your money by fining people who have set their parking date and time parameters correctly???”
