The car park is close to the airport and relatively easy to find. I booked and paid for the parking in advance and felt that the price was reasonable, however when I put my ticket in the machine to exit the car park the barrier did not open and a message came up saying I owed £390. I am a mature traveller and quite frankly was alarmed by this. Eventually someone answered the intercom and I was able to exit. Fortunately their was not a queue of cars behind me.

Parking was OK, but me being disabled I had to walk a long distance from the long term parking and I do have a disabled blue badge displaying in my car at all times..

Lack of a shuttle bus service detracts from what could be a pleasant experience- we used the long stay and with all the airport modifications underway at present the walkway route to the terminal was very confusing and unclear.

Might be a good option depending on how long your trip is. Since they now charge a minimum of£4 to drop off and pick up a taxi can be expensive.

I was more than pleased to do an online booking and it was cheap and easy. The problem fore it was that I missed my flight and I could not make any changes to my booking (to extend it) so when I returned I had to pay full price. Unfortunately that is an important aspect that should be reviewed by company to improve their service. "The contact to" it is not easy to get it.

Long stay car park is short distance to airport which is fine. Worrying thing was when I put in my ticket into machine it said I had £750 to pay however I pressed the button and spoke to someone who sorted for me. It was quite alarming and others may not know what to do if faced with this. I had paid in advance. It would be better if there was reg recognition when you arrived to identify car and if already paid.

We pre organised our parking when travelling to Bristol. We needed a disabled space, on the day there were none available, which made for a frustrating look for a space having dropped off our relative who had to wait for us. Same story after our weekend, it was cold and dark, our relative waiting patiently for us to get back to her. We just needed to be able to organise a disabled space, there didn’t look like there were many available

Bit far from terminal. Especially with wheelchair and 3 lots of luggage. Also cost more than the multi story right outside

Not many spaces then long walk in the freezing rain. Normally five out of five. Bring back the shuttle bus.

Quite disappointed that although I pre-paid for parking we had to drive round a few times to find a space and actually followed someone walking with a case to get their space when they left.

The parking was good value and well placed for the terminal. However, the signage was poor on the way back and it took us a long time to find the entrance to the car park.

The directions we received took us to the wrong car park. Very irritating as we had to find the right one early in the morning with no one around to ask. Otherwise ok

Booked parking in the multistorey car park next to terminal building at a very good price. On exit however the gate did not recognize my ticket although my reg number was printed on it. So pay £350 to exit or find an attendant. Office was not signposted or manned. Eventually found the attendant who was very helpful.

I pre-booked 3 nights in the multi-storey for £36. Easy to find and plenty of spaces available on the upper levels - unfortunately the Fastrack bridge was closed so we had to go to ground level and cross the road. Upon our return home and when attempting to exit, we were shocked to be asked for £180 at the barrier! After several attempts to contact a member of staff, we were eventually allowed to pass through after giving our vehicle details. We were told this was due to the camera not recognising our reg plate. While I understand technical problems can occur, I don't believe the default position should be to ask for vast sums of money. If people were in a rush or if a member of staff was unavailable, it is entirely possible people would be forced to pay to leave, through no fault of their own. This is unacceptable.

Not good had booked Fastpark in April 21 for departure in November. Not advised this parking was closed so ended up in covid testing centre. Eventually got access to multi storey but experience was stressful

I prepaid my stay, followed all the process, but when I returned the machine asked for £225. I used the intercom system on the machine to talk to the on duty Person. After some clarification the ticket ( which was still on the machine), it was validated remotely , and no payment required.,

Hi Gordon, It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes. I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time. Kind regards, Customer Support Team
