“Plenty of choice but pricing is far too high. A 4 hour flight delay incurred a £13.50 additional charge on a £80+ parking fee for a week in the surface car park.”
“Booked well in advance with no problems (six mths beforehand). Edited car registration details before arrival as I changed my car during this time. All confirmed online etc etc but when I turned up the auto number plate recognition didn't work and a helpful member of staff had to look up my details and raise the barrier. Same thing happened on the way out. A bit underwhelming compared with Denmark (my trip destination) where every system like this is beautifully designed and works perfectly. I knew it wouldn't work back in Edinburgh though which did make me smile. The ground crew forgot the steps for the plane on arrival as well. All very Father Ted.”
“It didn't make me happy, it was stressful following conflicting information: long stay, Scotpark, the only one needed was "Plane Parking" .... I found out eventually after reversing out into the traffic.”
“I had difficulty entering as the car ahead of me 'the machine didn't like' - delay of 5 mins. Circled car park twice before finding a space - this was 9am on a Thursday. On leaving - on a Tuesday at 5pm - one exit was blocked off, I went to the exit to the left to find the ticket slot covered over with dust tape. I had to indicate to cars behind I had to reverse - delay - the next exit did not like my ticket - more doelay”
“Easy to book, bus to terminal, a few spaces left. However, the bus doesn't get very close to the terminal. Also, despite having booked online I couldn't get out the car park after 12 midnight as the system wanted £76 from me. Had to wait a while to get it sorted out.”
