“The only problem is if your flight is delayed the machine asks for extra payment, you then need to speak to customer service via the machine and give them your details otherwise you can't exit the car park.”

“Spaces are too tight with so many suv's around. But at least the parking is fairly near the terminal.
HOWEVER, what did not make me happy was the computer system exit gate asking me to pay £280 when I had pre-paid for my parking weeks ago. If I had overstayed then fine, but I was well within the time period I had paid for. I had my paperwork to hand and could quickly quote my booking ref. but you need to look again at the technology.”
“I like the convenience of the service even though a lot more expensive than others around however on my latest visit was somewhat annoyed when arriving at the coach collection point at midnight to see the driver look at two of us on our own and drive off regardless with 6 passangers when obvious we were catching the bus! There was almost a gleeful look from him! Waited quite some time for his return and by this point huge queue and mad scramble to get on and the bus was cramped. Really don't know why both doors are not opened? Also the floor had been cleaned but had not been dried properly meaning it was swimming in disinfectant and vey sloppy and unsafe! Very disappointed...”
“The park was easy to find but on returning from our flight there was no signage to let us know where to get the bus back. We had to ask a few people.”
