“As an electric car driver getting the car fully charged was great, saved the hassle of having to find a charger on the way home.
The entry process was a little confusing but plenty of staff around to help out.”
“I used the FastPark facility and couldn’t rate it any higher. The instructions beforehand were really simple and helpful and there were loads of friendly staff around to support and keep the process easy and simple. It was great effectively being parked at the airport door - especially for returning from our trip.”
“The parking is the parking. The last 3 times I have precooked parking and paid in advance. Each time when trying to leave. The exit barrier has shown a charge of upwards of £180. I have had to speak to an operative to open the barrier.
This happens too regularly to be a system error, I think it is set up to rip off the naive.

“Good to park on the space in front of the terminal but I had to drive round twice before I found the only free space, only made available by someone leaving. I appreciate the more cars in the more money can be made but it's too busy and can delay your passengers. Not what you need on the way to catch a flight.”
“Easy to use, Helpful staff, only issue I had was when we returned and I couldn't remember where it was, but then I remembered that, when we arrived we were just opposite the entrance. Picked up keys and the car was waiting for us in our number bay. Tip, take a photo on your phone, of your QR ticket when you are dropping off your car, just in case you loose your ticket.”
