“I've used Edinburgh Airport multi-storey a couple of times now and it is great. So easy to use, easy to manage and alter booking. Well worth the ease the proximity to airport offers, especially after long travelling times.”
“The two main takeaways here are it's quite complicated to get to the multistory car park, two different barriers.
The second is as a business they are doing the minimum. We came back from 10 days away with a 4yo and a 2yo at midnight to find the car had a flat tyre. I called in via the intercom and was told that they couldn't help and we'd have to wait to our breakdown service... this was quoted as a 6 hour wait. Thankfully the police (5 stars) were willing to help. But this can't be a unique scenario, why isn't the business prepared with a tyre pump in the office?
But the process once you're in is easy, the car park is nice and close to the building.”
“I'd actually parked in the wrong car park. Same company but I was in next door instead. Guy said I was lucky, and that i didn't need to pay as there was some sort of amnesty that day.”
“When booked well in advance this service is great value for money and time saver, from collecting your ticket at the car park, through security and into the terminal to await your flight. On average over three visits it takes 9 minutes. Highly recommended.”
“I checked in as requested but entering the car park (early AM) I had to take a ticket. When leaving the car park the boom gate would not open as it wanted my ticket and said I owed money, a lot of money. The assistance helped us get out but it was worrying for a moment.”

One observation: maybe avoid parking cars at a time when cars are trying to leave. You'll probably say there's a constant flow of cars both jn and out so it is difficult to avoid overlap. Just a minor point in an otherwise excellent service”
“Although we live relativey close to the airport we find pre-booking the multi-storey car park to be the most convenient way of getting to and from the airport. We previously used taxis but find parking our own car more convenient, reliable and with minimal distance to tow our suitcases. We particularly like the option of free parking to access twilight check-in.”
