“Very easy drop off of car and pick up was excellent ...... only critism would be the "key drop" ... more from our point of view - although there was a big arrow etc for the key drop, we completly missed it ... probably down to the layyout of the space - rather than just to the right of the stations, should be be on the way to the airaport entrance .....”
“Very efficient operation and helpful staff around if you’re not sure what to do. Bar code on your confirmation email is scanned and car details need to be confirmed on the screen before key attachment and return slip is printed. On return trip you scan the return slip and the screen tells you which box your keys are in. So easy.”
“Parking location was spot on and the bridge to transfer to fast track was easy. Getting boarding pass and then parking pass to scan for entry was a hassle as I had to scan other people through, if they can somehow sort that out or scan parking pass before you can access bridge would be far better.”

Found it a bit expensive as only booked 4 weeks before and if had booked 5 weeks before it would have been £20 cheaper so that was a bit annoying also some cars in blue badge disabled parking spots not displaying there badge so had to hunt for a blue badge space.
All in all not bad but some issues need looking at as mentioned earlier”
