“Booked in here many times before, but on this occassion the automatic number plate recognition didnt work for my car or my wife's car on arrival. we each had to press the button and wait for the operator. On leaving it didnt work again but the ticket for my car did, thankfully. But neither the ticket or plate recognition worked for my wife's car - which after multiple flight delays, edinburgh airport not having a stand for us, baggage delays - was not appreciated at 3am. Waiting what felt like ages after so many hours travelling for the operator to help at that time in the morning wasn't appreciated. The number plate recognition needs fixing!”
“Booked terminal parking with fast track security reasonably priced, easy access to car park with 1hr free the evening before to drop off cases. No issues on entry or exit, will definitely use again”
“Fast park process is easy. My only problem is that over the last 3 months the cost has gone up from £67 to £167. I find this an outrage and in future will get family or friends to drop me off”
“The airport parking was good. I had to wait to get in due to the person in front of me having trouble at the gate. There were not many spaces to choose from and the ones that were free were furthest from the terminal. Good car park overall.”
“Great parking, easy shuttle bus to get on & off...only gripe....the rows / sections could be colour coded or identifiable in some way so you know you've parked in Red A (for example) other than that would recommend & defo use again.”
“Found this parking option to be very easily caried out from the moment we dropped off our car to scanning the QR code and getting our keys back.
Will definently use this parking again and must remember to book it straight after booking our next holiday so its as cheap as possible!!.”
