“A great service provided no hassle just ease especially coming home great to walk of a flight straight to the car no waiting for shuttle buses or for a lift”
“We have parked there many times over the years and will continue to do so, unfortunately we always seem to find our almost as far away as possible ie yesterday it was f 42 we are both pensioners and it is a long way to push cases over a not very smooth surface we have another 2 holidays coming up and are not sure if can request our car be nearer the office??”
“I don’t understand when I booked my car as I’m a blue badge holder that it was away up the top end of the car park, when I did press the blue badge holder button, however the kind man went up and brought it down for me”
“we used fast park which was very easy and convenient. My only negative was that we opted for the EV charging option which cost us £30 extra. When we got back, the car was only charged up to 186 miles range. At home, I can easily get it up to 196 miles range and it costs me £1. Therefore not good value for money.
However Fast Park are otherwise great and we sill use them again”
“Efficient and fantastic service. Everything was smooth and hassle-free from start to finish. The staff were friendly and professional throughout, and the whole process was quick and easy. I couldn't recommend it more”
“We bought and paid in advance 8 days at the multi storey carpark when we went to leave we were asked for £510.00 we contacted person who took an age at 2.00am in morning to locate our vehicle booking and payment, this put us into a state of panic and near divorce with husband.
We were also given 5 free passes for fast track when purchasing the above but they were not sent so unable to use.”
“Shocking!!! Landed back in Edinburgh at 2am, collected our luggage and walked to the plane parking bus stop. Bus arrived and the driver parked the bus locked it and proceeded to the airport to get his peace for his shift. Upon returning I told him this was out of order to which he replied "am I not entitled to my break like" to which he was told should come to work prepared and not leave paying customers with young kids standing freezing at a bus stop”
