Pre-paid for Terminal Parking. Parked no problem and went on holiday. Came home and queues at exit. when I eventually got to ticket barrier and inserted ticket, I was told that I owed £270.00. Spoke ticket office via intercom and was asked for reg. no. Gave number and barrier magically lifted and I escaped. Exactly the same as my daughter who was in the queue behind me. No wonder there was a queue at barrier as apparently everyone else had the same problem.

Cameras didn’t work and so I had to reverse out of the exit in the rain and find a way of getting my ticket cancelled.

Booked fast track multi story parking. On way in machine never issued me a ticket as per email guidance. I had to press to get a machine ticket. I emailed about this looking for confirmation that I would not be charged extra, 7 days later I've been and come n'a k from my trop and no response. On exit spoke to a member of staff who reassured me to put the ticket in the machine on exit and the car reg plate would be automatically be recognised and I would be able to exit. That turned out not to be the case and the exit barrier informed me I had £225 outstanding to pay! The only small positive was on pressing the help button at the exit barrier it was answered quickly and after explaining the situation again the barrier lifted. Would avoid using this in future, even when you plan ahead and it should be straightforward it clearly isn't.

Although we had paid for parking when trying to leave we were charge again £110.00 for 2 days. We have had 2 family members and 1 friend that this had also happened to recently so it makes me wonder if it’s intentionally done to get more money.

Great to book, no problem getting a space, perfect for quick entry/exit. Used previously with no issues at all. However, this time the vehicle registration recognition didn't work, no help came at exit when buzzer pushed numerous times and in order to leave the car park had to pay an excess charge of £140, despite having booked/paid up front. Would I use again? Not unless the system is actually fit for purpose. V poor service and lets the airport down.

Not good. I booked the Plane Parking because it was well priced and convenient. What I didn’t realise was the because my flight was delayed I had to pay an extra £16.50!!!! I will not be using them again back to the private parking companies for me👎👎👎👎👎

Not really much to say about multi-storey parking adjacent to a terminal building. Access in was well signed and is adjacent to terminal building. Paid online in advance, however, upon trying to leave via barrier was asked for an additional £221 to exit. Contacted desk via call button and was resolved in less than one minute. In summary, ok but error in requesting additional monies at 1:30am is something that you could do without.

The terminal car park isn’t well sign posted so you’re not sure if you’re in the right place or not. Also the automated number plate recognition wasn’t working so the barrier didn’t lift as it was supposed to and we had to take a ticket which meant extra hassle trying to sort everything out. I won’t use the car parking again.

Had issues getting in when we’d already pre booked and paid for parking so husband ended up pressing the button for a ticket. No one around at help desk to help so ending up spending a huge amount of money again on parking when we returned.

Was not a pleasant experience. No courtesy buses so had to walk with a sore hip. No signs to help you when you’re walking and it’s fenced in. Nightmare. When I eventually got back to my car and put my ticket in the machine to get out, the barrier wouldn’t lift and the screen said I owed £176 but I had prepaid. Not a good start and end to my holiday. Booking, paying and parking were easy. However, when I tried to leave, the machine told me I owed £950ish, which I had to resolve, in my jet-lagged state, having just returned from New Zealand.

Prepaid parking but exit machine asked me for £266 on the way out. I have checked my booking and the number plate was correctly entered. 5 out of 5 for the gentleman who answered the call button and assisted me. 0 out of 5 for the parking technology.

Parking facilities fine but 3rd time in a row that the vehicle recognition system didn’t recognise the car on exit leading to a delay. Person next to me had same issue.

No pedestrian path through the long term car park. And prices generally ridiculously high.

No signage to long stay car park from airport. Had problems exiting car park as registration was not recognised.

Needs more clear and obvious signage. Hard to find from the airport when it's dark and you're tired. You could do with illuminated signs pointing the way to the long stay car park, I spent the best part of an hour traipsing round trying to find it. Then had to come back to collect my family from the airport and had to pay just to pick them up.

Everything apart from leaving the final barrier of the car park was great. I don't recall receiving a parking ticket with Fast Park, so was not able to open the final barrier. For too long I waited with my finger pressing the 'call help' button, to be told someone would be there in a minute. The car beside us - also from Fast Park had the same issue, but their barrier lifted. I called back - and waited for too long again for someone to answer, who managed to open the barrier. By this time, there was an irate queue of cars behind me - trying to move out of the lane into a lane with a barrier that opened. This a very frustrating end to our travels.

The parking was poorly signposted to find by car (a postcode would have been good for the Sat Nav), we were so unsure that we had found the right car park that we had to ask at the gate to check we were in the right place. Also, poor signage to find our way back on foot from the airport, there were no shuttle busses in operation, the luggage trollies did not want to go in a straight line, and when you got out of the car getting to the airport was not well signed with no pedestrian tracks marked across most of the parking area, the quality of the road surface also made moving trollies very difficult, especially with the large puddles as a result of poor drainage. If we had elderly people with us we would have really struggled to get from the car to the airport. But at least the car was still there when we got back hence the two star review.

I paid £85 for my parking in advance and when I was leaving the airport i was asked for an additional £4 which I paid. The other people I was travelling with who where in another vehicles were also asked to pay an additional £4 but they queried this and after speaking with the attendant they let them leave without paying the additional £4 charge and apologised for the mistake. I wonder how many others like myself are asked to pay and don’t query ….disappointed with my parking experience.
