I was extremely disappointed with your new Long Stay Express parking facility. On arrival, your system was over-subscribed and we had to wait some time to drop off our car. On return it was much worse. We waited over half an hour for a bus, which was over-crowded and then had to join a long queue to collect our car keys. Very poor service, We get a much better service with the car parks outside the airport.

I know it’s my fault. But I got my arrival date wrong. We came back on the 26th Oct, but arrived at 0210 which of course is the 27th. Stupid mistake on my part. But £66 for a 24 hour error is appalling. You are basically robbing people. Will try to avoid using Edinburgh airport as much as possible now

I booked terminal parking some months ago, well in advance of my flight date. I arrived for my flight only to find the car park full and directed to car park R-S. This car park was also full and cars were going round in circles trying to find a space. Tempers were getting a bit frayed between the drivers as some just wanted to get out and look somewhere else but could not exit because of blockages and cars ot moving. I eventually found a space between two very badly parked cars but they had parked so badly that I had to get the passengers and luggage out before someone could guide me in to the spot. I also had to park at an angle to get my door open or I would not have been able to get out of the car except through the boot. As we walked out of the car park there were still dozens of cars trying to park but with no spaces available. Why would you allow all these cars to enter the area without the spaces being available. Are there not car park attendants available to sort things out on the ground. It was not the best start to a family holiday and I always used the Valet parking in the past that you have now ceased. I would think twice about using edinburgh parking in the future and only use it as a last resort. You can't even get your survey right as you are now asking me "was my parcel delivered on time" and "was the item damaged". 0 points for customer satisfaction survey

Arrived at multi-storey (16/10/18 at 6.55 am) car park, indicators suggested only a few spaces. Went straight to 3rd floor as had 5 specs indicated in fact there were none! 4th floor suggested no spaces but tried and found one! What is the point of the indication signs if not accurate? Chose multi storey as wanted car under cover so find that most spaces are on top floor exposed to the elements. Booked and paid in advance expect a space to be found easily, looks like the company is guilty of overbooking. Have another booking pending, hope there is no repeat. By paying in advance I expect there to be a space and accurate signage. Definite room for improvement.

Booked long stay express for 10 days. Arrived at out scheduled time of 1pm. To then be told they were at capacity and no longer letting cars in, and that we had to move to mid stay. We then had to queue for 40mins before getting Thom the car park gate. Where we were then waiting for another 15 mins before an attendant would allow us access. Teen another 15 mins to find a parking space. And had a long walk to a bus station. Which was not good as I had my mum with me, who struggles to walk long distances. So this was a bad start to our holiday. On return it also took us 10 mins for the attendant to allow us to leave the car park. After arriving on a late flight home. I will now be using Edinburgh airport car parks in the future.

Abysmal experience. I was delayed for 24 hours on my return journey. I tried to contact customer services via the car parking website. I tried the email option first but never received a response. I then tried the live chat option which does not work at all. Thirdly I rang the helpline number twice and after being in a queue for 10 mins each time could not get an answer. On return to my car when I went to the exit barrier I was charged £110 for the extra 24 hours. A complete extortionate rate, you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Worst experience ever at Edinburgh Airport surface parking. After waiting 50 minutes for luggage off my flight from Gatwick I was consoling myself with the fact that I had a short walk to the car then off. But no my car was fenced in!! There was no notice when I left it there the previous week to go on holiday. Had to wait for 2 men with a spanner to release my car from the caged area. Total lack of thought for customers and very, very, very poor customer service. With pre bookings details on file you should have been able to at least email customers whose cars were impounded with a warning that they would have to go to the parking office first and not waste time lugging baggage to the car park only to have to lug it back again to the office.

Chose Surface Parking as apparently it is the "perfect solution". I chose surface parking because it is advertised as the stress free option - on Saturday 13th October I can assure you it was the most stressful parking ever - woefully oversubscribed, it took us over half an hour driving up and down to find a space - and even then it was almost impossible to get out of our car. People abandoning their cars in striped areas, on grass verges etc - can you imagine how those people must have felt, not knowing if their car would be towed away and impounded on their return, maybe also with a massive fine. People have flights and the ebbing away of time is simply awful.

Seriously dissapointed in my Airport parking experience. I pre paid for parking at the terminal and i was still charged £165.00 when leaving. I am currently awaiting someone contacting me back regarding a refund.

Bought into Long Stay Express Flexible but on arrival told to park myself. No spaces and had to park on kerb. When key offered to attendant told to keep it and contact gate on way out. Stress free service anything but. On this experience I will not repeat as money wasted on a service promised but not delivered.

Utter disgrace. I was unable to go on my trip as I had a medical emergency in my family that day. Had to cancel my flight and called to cancel my parking booking. The staff at the airport parking call Centre were not interested and passsed me on to an email address for another company. I emailed them to ask if I could have a refund and was told no. No compassion just delighted to have got my £40 for nothing. £40 for two days parking I may add is very overpriced. I would completely avoid using this disgusting service in future and I will go back to using premair who are right next to the airport and provide much better customer service.

Access to Airport Carpark a disgrace! Both entry and exit. For a Capital City Airport with a carpark close to the terminal the lead roads to and from are not only seriously poor but also a major risk. It beggars belief that this is how Edinburgh welcomes passengers and overseas visitors.

Booked the long stay fast track parking and on return ended up having to walk back to the car park with my family and 5 suitcases as it would have taken 2 hrs had I waited for the non existent transfer buses due to the length of the queue. Nobody available on the phone when I called to try and find out what was happening. Clearly under resourced to deal with the demand. Avoid at all costs

Pre-booked a space, only to find the sign saying car park was full. Eventually got in, but took ages to find a space. Not great when you're travelling with 4 kids! On returning, the walkway to where my car was parked was blocked by concrete slabs, so had to take the trolley with cases a long way round on the road, did not feel safe with children. Long queues on exiting. 4 lanes move into 1 lane at 1 point. I booked the surface parking thinking it would be easier, but I would recommend using another car park. Or airport.

We booked the parking but 2 hrs later discovered it wouldn't work for us. When we contacted the desk they told us we would not be able to cancel or shorten the booking at all. Very disappointing experience.

Exiting Edinburgh Airport parking is very stressful due to the merging of a number of lanes and traffic streams, with apparently no attempt by Edinburgh Airport to impose order on the system. The result is chaos and I’m frankly amazed there aren’t daily accidents. Unless improvements are made I will not use Edinburgh Airport surface/multi-storey parking again.
