“Parked in the multi storey at the terminal. Pre-booked so just drove straight in. My return flight was delayed by 3 hours so I was worried I would be charged more when i left but they ask for flight numbers when you book and when i got to the exit barrier it opened and I didn't have to pay any extra which was a relief! Only issue i had was the middle lift of 3 wouldn't take me to the 1st floor which it seemed to think was the ground floor and none of the other lifts would open and after a 20 hour day including a 3 hour delay I ended up having to humph my suitcase up the stairs.”
“On arrival, it was clear where we were to go to leave our car. We were then directed to the key drop off where a member of staff was ready to help if required. Note the barcode requirement sent immediately clear. On return, signage to fast park is unclear, and sends you in a circle. Pick of keys was easy. Finding the car was easy. However, the worst thing we experienced was how either our car or the one next to it was parked. They were so close on our drivers side my husband hurt himself squeezing into the car (note my husband is a small person).”
