“Trust the directions you get from the booking rather than the satnav and postcode! Was a challenge to find it untill I did that. Space found easily, short walk to the terminal. Number plate recognised when leaving so no hold ups. Will definately use again.”
“Great experience with Edinburgh plane parking. The parking area felt very secure and safe, and the shuttle service was punctual and reliable.
What impressed me the most was the staff very friendly, professional, and helpful. When I returned, my car battery was dead and the car wouldn’t start. I asked for advice, and one staff member immediately volunteered to help. Another staff member also joined in, and together they helped get my car running again.
Really appreciate their kindness and excellent customer service. Highly recommended.”
“From booking to arriving at airport to drop off the car everything went smoothly. On the way home we picked up keys and again easy to find car. The only thing I would say is my car was parked very close to a big Range Rover and I was unable to get both my young children in. I had to drive out space, which meant I was in the way of other people trying to leave as well. Overall it’s a good service and I would use again.”
“Perfect! Easy process to leave car and deposit keys. I lost the receipt for the keys and had to ask a member of staff. He was really helpful and after taking my name and the car registration number returned with my keys and explained where it was parked.”
“Very efficient service. Competitive pricing, ANPR cameras meant it was a case of turn up, take my ticket, park and go. The bus to the terminal was regular and a very short drive. On the way home it was a case of picking up the car and drive out. ☺️
And you get to keep your keys, I'm always a little wary of ones where you need to leave your keys.”
“I nearly had heart attack as when i went to leave it said i owed 500.00 . Buzzed the intercom and the nice man told me i had parked in wrong car park. I parked in long stay. He kindly let me off saying it was genuine mistake abd lifted the barrier.”

“The bus service was very punctual on the outbound flight, but had a 20 minute wait on the inbound trip. By this point, people were anxious. Installing a standard digital ‘next bus’ pick-up time/tracker would alleviate this issue.”

“The Fast Park at Edinburgh airport is easy to use. The parking attendants are very helpful when dropping off and collecting your car. The only issue we have is everything is adjusted in your car when you return- the steering wheel, the seat, all the mirrors, radio channel!!”
