Good service, easy to book & worked well on arrival & when leaving. Signage could be better to get to terminal & I was disappointed to see that you now have to pay for a trolly for your luggage.

Thank you for your review. I’m sorry to hear you found our wayfinding confusing. Clear signage is one of the most important things to have in any busy environment, but especially in an airport. Please be assured that we are actively working on our wayfinding strategy, and we will ensure feedback, like yours, is brought into the discussion. The trolley charge was introduced on 1st July 2024. The charge supports the 10 dedicated staff we have, who work continuously across each day to provide our customers with a trolley at the right time and at the right place. Though the trolley charge is new to Edinburgh Airport, many airports across the UK, Europe and the rest of the world have introduced a trolley charge in recent years. Kind regards, Customer Support Team

Booking process was accessible and straightforward. Access to parking was easy. The car park itself was full with many cars desperately trying to find a space, with no staff or signage to assist. Many cars had been abandoned. This issue requires some thuought and investment.

Wasn’t slick this time - never received my confirmation email, and had to call for service when leaving as the machine tried to charge me.

Arrival at fast park was a disaster, tail back at 04:00 led to panic from drivers about getting checked in on time, and when we got through the single working entry booth, there was no where to park so the under pressure staff where working to get everyone parked, I’m not sure I’d be confident using this facility again

I booked and paid the parking on the Edinburgh Airpot website but when I arrived at the parking I had to still take a ticket and when I was living I was forced to go back to the ticket machine and contact the services as it was asking me for the full value of the parking. Other wise the parking and shutter services were good.

Hi there, Thank you for your review. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit and I understand the frustration that it causes. I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time. Kind regards, Customer Support Team

Midstay car park clearly signposted with easy access and vacant slots not difficult to find..short walk to airport .. .My problem was getting out of car park after my flight landed on time..Exit machine didn’t recognise my ticket & display asked for just ovet £200 to gain exit..!! ..pressing help button solved this nonsense & disembodied voice requested my car reg no. whereupon the barrier lifted..! ..Apart from that unnecessary hiccup, the whole experience was quite straightforward

Didnt recognise my registration upon entry. Then tried to charge me £100 even though I had purchased my space online. Bad service

Very difficult to find a space even when you have pre booked. We had to drive around then stop someone to ask if they were leaving and follow them to get their space.

The parking for the 3 nights cost more than return flights, despite booking well in advance.

Thank you for your review. We always encourage passengers to pre-book parking. We offer car parking pricing for 2 years in advance for different lengths of stay. Our pricing is dynamic and continually changes based on many different factors such as demand, occupancy and lead time making it possible for the pricing to change from booking to booking however, we offer competitive pricing against other providers. Too far from the terminal building - we arrived in torrential rain and were soaked by the time we traipsed to departures. Definitely would not book it again.

Does what it says on the tin... We paid up front online way but were presented with a £180 balance on departure. After speaking to someone they opened the gate but seemed odd. There is no obvious way to leave the luggage trolleys, so I left it at a paystation. Would have been useful to have some there when we parked the car originally.

Easy to book and access , takes a little time to find a spot when busy and not that well directed to show the access route to the terminal building. My main critiscm is the distance to get to the terminal building and the rather rough and bumpy route with a lack of trolleys and having to pay to get one. Luckily it was dry when I used it otherwise would have been soaked, surely in this day and age there could be a shuttle bus on standby to a central location in the long stay car park which you could order by a phone rather than having a bus circulate on a regular basis.

Thank you for your review. Our long stay shuttle bus was suspended in 2020. The car park is an approximate 12 minute walk to the terminal and we find it to be a manageable distance for most customers. Those who find the distance unmanageable can contact us directly to discuss how we can support them. The long stay car park is marketed as a facility that does not have a shuttle bus and this is confirmed on our website and booking confirmations. Kind regards, Customer Support Team

Good points: Parking facilities. Bus transfer seemed frequent. Bad points: The car park transfer bus looked very old and polluting and was idling for several minutes at the airport stance. Despite pre-paying, the car park barrier would not raise when I attempted to leave and I was requested to pay an additional £120. I was able to sort this out over the intercom without having to get my credit card out but it was annoying nevertheless.

There are no trolleys from the Long Stay Car Park to the terminal. Presumably most Long Stay parkers carry more than other passengers due to the length of their stay. I struggled with the 10 minute walk carrying sports equipment and luggage for a 2 week holiday.

I've booked your parking for week from the 10th from 14.00 until 17th at midnight. Plane wasn't delayed so I was at the car park around 22.30. Too my great disappointment, when I was leaving the car park and insert my ticket at exit, the ticket machine displayed additional charge of 45 £ , even when my journey was on time and I had no issues. That made my very angry and disappointed because I can't understand why I was charged.

Ive booked a few times this year once for 1.5 hours though i paid for 5 days easy jet to thank for that debacle. The system didn't recognise my plate asked me for £130. The operator was very nice sorted it within a few mins.

Very confusing to get to. Ended up getting pay for parking ticket. Man in office sorted it out. Very nice man and he said it happened all the time, so I was not alone.

Airport parking was fine other than the fact we could not find a parking space for around 20 minutes. It added on stress to the beginning of our journey which wasn’t ideal but was fine in the end

Outside terminal parking easy to access, no problem on entry. Checked at desk before returning to vehicle on exit procedure and was reassured that all I had to do was insert ticket at exit barriers. Prompt said I had to pay £175 to exit. Contacted security gave ref and registration before they opened barriers
