“Very easy to use and location suited us - had a slight issue upon leaving whereby when entering ticket said we owed £340 but customer service on buzzer sorted this to let us exit.”
“We have used FastPark at Edinburgh Airport several times now. It certainly isn't the cheapest option but the convenience and efficiency of the service is superb. All the staff are very helpful and welcoming. They system is very straightforward and the location - opposite the entrance to the check-in desks - is perfect.”

I do find this car park quite expensive admittedly and there seemed to be quite a few spaces blocked off for some reason. Also its really annoying that if you have fast track there is no way to upload that onto your phone wallet - you have to track down the e-mail with the barcode to show security.”

This time I was a little disappointed probably
A little of it was my fault as I have two slow punctures in my beat side tyres and have been working flat out ( no pun intended) with no time to get them repaired
So I have been blowing them when they became flat . This usually lasts between 2 to 4 weeks
And since I was going to be away into my 3rd I left a type written note the full since if A4 paper and taped if to the dash board asking the driver who would be bringing my csr back to the lane
To blow them up with the electric pump I had left on the seat. .
However , both were flat as pancakes when. I arrived back , I have no issues with the fact that I had to blown them up myself , but I know the car had been driven back to the fast park area with them in an unfit to be used and will have damaged the wall of the tyres making it impossible to have them repaired
I was thinking perhaps you could have procedure now for situations like this where a check is carried out in cars before they are moved .
I am not really complaining here as I love the service and have in fact booked it again for next month”
