“Convenient but poor level of customer service. The telephone number is just a recorded message and there is no online chat function. Information on booking confirmation email is significantly out of date”
“Dreadful, I tried to get a refund as it was a refundable booking. No joy. I tried everything I could. Very disappointed, as I was unable to go on my flight due to unforeseen circumstances. I tried days before my departure.”
“Best place to park and easy to get into the airport. This is the 2nd time we have used this carpark and have booked it again in December. I love ill be booking this carpark every time we travel from Edinburgh. We travelled with family who had booked a different carpark who now wish they had also booked this parking and they will also do this from now on.”
“I wrote a review earlier this year...sadly my comments are the same...a very good facility, well priced and easy to use....but the removal of cross ways ( so they can fit a few mire cars in) is an accident waiting to happen. Unless you cut through between cars ( with your luggage)...you can face a long walk to the end of the linea of cars and back again to get to one of the 2 bus stops. We have to do this in pouring rain at 9pm...not a nice state to arrive for any flight.”
“Pre paid parking (plane parking). Arrived to find no normal avaliable spaces. It would appear that bookings are taken without any cognisance of the number of spaces available. After driving round and round to try and get parked, used the call button to be told just park in an EV space, there was 2 of these empty. Came back one week later and cars abandoned all over the place, absolutely will NOT use plane parking again.”

“Very good value and as close as you can get to the terminal. Super easy to find and use. The only thing is that leaving the airport generally is a bit problematic with buses and cars all coming in from different spots and pedestrians crossing everywhere. Maybe a better layout would make it smoother.”
“Parking is easy! The queue at security and lack of seating areas within the terminal is shocking. Also found out it's £8.50 to drop someone off. ( 10 mins ) This is daylight robbery... Drop off and pick up £17.00!! Be ashamed”
