“Parking in multi storey is very good and convenient however, due to the poor signage I ended up going through the drop off which cost me £6 so be ultra careful.”
“Easy to book at a good price. Bus from parking to terminal ran frequently. Only comment is that more pick up stops in the parking would be better as it can be a long way to walk with luggage unless you drop or pick up at a bus stop.”

The entry lanes (from the mini roundabout} are barriered off now and one has to drive through the main part of the surface car park to find the Multi Storey entrance barrier. This seems a little awkward to be honest ? MS signage is small and missable. why change something that worked well before ?
Also, there was litter debris strewn about the parking bay areas (Row E). Had to remove these items of discarded aluminium drinks cans and food packaging to safely drive into the bay and park !
Other than that, the same usual (parking) experience.”
“Can't say much this time as my flight was cancelled last minute and the trip had to be cancelled. There was no way to refund the booking as it had already started.”
“Only glitch this time was my ticket was not printed very well from the machine, barcode was faded and this caused issues when leaving as machine could not read, but this was minor as assistance looked my reg up and let me out”
“Parking is very handy and just next to airport. Unfortunately it is not the easiest to find, and very difficult to get out of. Needs far better lighting.
Once you have found it, parking up is easy enough, key in your reg number at reception, a label is printed, stick it on your keys, and pop them in a box.”
“Best airport parking in the country by a mile very easy to use car drop off instructions but always staff on hand if you’re struggling cross the road to terminal return to collect just as good top marks from me”
“great service, and reasonably easy to use. Fortunately there is plenty of staff on hand to point you in the right direction. Unfortunately my flight was delayed and Qatar Airline bumped me to the next connecting flight which resulted in at £25 surcharge due to the 6 hour overdue collection. It would be good if this could be credited to my account as i'll certainly be using this next time.”
