When I arrived the car park was overflowing. People had to abandon or double park their cars are there were no parking spaces available

+ Easy to find. - Poorly maintained, no clear signage, no bag trolleys available at parking area, lack of walking paths to the terminal, no shuttle bus, lots of cars parked outside parking bays.

Thank you for your review. Our long stay shuttle bus was suspended in 2020. The car park is an approximate 12 minute walk to the terminal and we find it to be a manageable distance for most customers. Those who find the distance unmanageable can contact us directly to discuss how we can support them. The long stay car park is marketed as a facility that does not have a shuttle bus and this is confirmed on our website and booking confirmations. Parking a 'free for all'. Cars parked illegally everywhere. On my return I was blocked in by a car which was parked across the rear of my car. Had to mount pavement and stoney verge to extricate myself. Lots of cars parked on double yellows. No sign of staff anywhere.

Unfortunately not a great experience. The directions were only available in written form and therefore difficult to follow whilst driving. This led to us parking in the Mid Stay car park by mistake. Upon leaving we were presented with a £300 charge when we contacted assistance he checked our registration and pre-payment and told us we were in the wrong car park giving us the impression that he was doing us a favour by not charging an extra £20. If the barrier recognised our registration when we arrived surely that was the time to tell us we were in the wrong car park. Also some kind of electronic direction instruction eg. What Three Words, Google Maps Pin Drop or Apple Map coordinates would make this kind of mix-up less likely.

Thank you for your review. As well as our directions included in your booking confirmation, the roundabouts and roads leading up to each of our car parks are also signposted. Our barriers will allow cars to enter any of our car parks as it is not a requirement to have a booking to enter the car park in the first place - some customers prefer to drive-up and park. If you book one car parking product and park in a different car park, you may be charged an additional exit fee. This is because the space you used was in a more expensive car park and had not been allocated for your booking. number plate recognition did not work (again) on exit, so time wasted leaving both Fast park and main site same car...used to work fine, so not sure what's changed

When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. There is a big gap in the cover over the walkway from the parking structure to the terminal, which meant that we got drenched by rain on our way there.

Vallet parking ticket did not print a barcode so could not get access to the locker at 2am. Took multiple rings of the help button to get attendant. 10 minutes waiting around tired in the cold and dark.

Terminal parking was too busy. Took a long time to find a space and the walk time was no better than long stay normally is.

Car parking spaces had definitely been oversold. Arrived on 1207 and there was not one space to be seen in the car park, cars abandoned in various areas of car park. Luckily managed to catch someone leaving and got their space.

Thought it was poor, overrated anf overpriced. Also had issues with 2 of the bollards getting in and wanted to charge £400 on exit.

Advertised as a 12-minute walk to the terminal. No signage, no footpath walking over tram lines with 2 children and cases is a total shambles! tTying to exit the car park cars parked over both lanes on the road blocking route. This car park is trully a shambles, clearly not managed in any shape or form all double yellow lines but still cars abandoned! Do you actually care about card/drivers or is it a case of get the money in!!

We booked and paid for parking last year and when we got to the airport there was not one space available in the car park. We ended up parking next to the fence on yellow hatched markings hoping that our car would be okay.

Paid for parking to coincide with my flight, got delayed coming through customs because of the amount of flights coming in and 4 people working on the desks, queue was backed up by about 900 people. Because of this we were late to get to the car by about 2 hours and got charged extra when it was not our fault but more so the airports but we got charged because of it, very poor show.

No spaces! Paid nealry £60 for 2 days, on arrival no spaces anywhere, wasting time to look and ending up on double yellow line! Shocking!

Location and finding the car park was completely fine however the amount of cars theatre were totally abandoned and blocking the roads was ridiculous! Something needs to be done to address this as accidents will happen..

Yet again the number plate recognition didn’t work on departure…I didn’t really want to be having a conversation with a member of staff at 2.30am before I could finally depart the car park! Work to do mid stay car park management 😡

Cars were parked illegally all over the lot, up on curbs and in pedestrian walkways. It was difficult to find the pedestrian path from the lot to the airport

Shambles. According to airline pilot Edinburgh airport is chaotic. And when I went to remove car from car park said I was due a penalty of£160. Having paid in advance very poor due to lack of staff I believe

No courtesy bus between car park and terminal. Got absolutely drenched trying to drag my bags back to car park after holiday…..welcome home! Cars abandoned all over car park too…..on corners, blocking roads, blocking pedestrian walkway.
