“Your website is VERY UNCLEAR. Thought we were booking normal parking but turned out we had booked some sort of valet parking which only became clear after booking completed. Then as within 24 hours we couldn’t cancel, so £60 totally wasted as we were just meeting family , not flying . Also compared to Glasgow Airport, Edinburgh Airport is ghastly. For people arriving for the first time they must think they have landed in a third world mess. For our capital city’s welcome it is dire!”

“Prepaid for long term parking. Got to the exit gate, entered my ticket and it said £260 to pay. What? I had already prepaid. Pressed the button and waited 5 minutes with horns going etc behind me. Both other gates had the same problem and were trying to get help. Once they were cleared helpful guy came on and tried to clear the problem. Took several goes entering the ticket and after about 7 minutes we were out. Totally useless parking company with awful system!”
“Used fastpark many times before with no issues. However this time when we came home and picked up the car the rear window was wide open and the car had scuff marks along the side.”
