“Convenient location. Web not clear re procedure for barrier. The site didn't accept my registration number initially so I had to go to the office to clarify. Staff were helpful and confusion cleared up so would park there again when no time to shuttle in and out.”
“I have used EDI Long Stay for several trips this year and I find it is the best available at Edinburgh airport in terms of ease of parking, space availability and a reliable bus shuttle service. My return flight on a recent trip in mid-December meant that I arrived late at night in icy conditions. I was disappointed to find there was no grit laid down on any part of the car park (or much of the airport). I was concerned from disembarking the bus to leaving the car park that I was going to have an accident either on foot or driving within the car park. I would be concerned for customers who are elderly or have restricted mobility when faced with the same conditions. The entire airport appeared to have the same problem. A small amount of grit might reduce the chance of a resulting injury. Thought I would let you know. Thanks, Sophia”
“The proximity to the airport check-in is excellent - nothing to fault. On arrival back at the airport it was around 1030pm on a freezing cold night and the footpath to the car-park and the car-park were like an ice rink. If these had been gritted well I would have scored higher.”
“Had precooked but number plate recognition did not work. Had to go to office at airport on my return to get card sorted. This negated benefit of prebooking. Otherwise parking was fine.”

“The pricing was very good for 1 day stay and the car was secure. However, the approach was confusing at 5.20 am in the morning and the gate did not automatically allow access where I had to use the intercom and even then they could not find my reservation immediately. I would however, use this service again.”
