“Easy to park. Friendly staff , fairly effortless.
I wish they offered a discount for repeat regular customers to show recognition for repeat business.”
“Very straightforward, parked up, bus was there to take me to the terminal. Same on the way back , the bus arrived at the bus stop within a minute and back at my car quickly afterwards.”
“After being stranded in Africa due to the war in Iran we tried to extend our parking for another five days but were not charged for it. We really appreciated this act of good will.”
“I recently used the “drop off and pickup” facility as my husband was traveling to Sweden for a ski touring trip. He had 3 pieces of luggage including a ski bag, so dropping off and picking up close to the terminal was the best option.
The signage to, the setup and facility in general is great but at a cost of £6 for 10minutes it is excessively expensive. I was in and out of the facility in under 5 minutes on each occasion.
I will definitely reconsider drop off pick up options in the future.”
“All very good but upon exit ( we had pre-paid ) had to call the security to check the car reg and open the barrier to let us out
Good how you can just walk down the path with cases to the terminal without the need for buses or crossing main roads”
“That's about 5 times we have used Fast park at Edinburgh airport and it's a great service. Parking your car right at the terminal, either at 4am or 12pm, when you have children is a blessing. One thing that has never worked seemlessly is leaving. Once you pick your car and leave at the first barrier, we have taken a ticket, not got a ticket, the barrier has gone straight up but when you get to the main exit we always have to call for assistance. Shame as only negative point.”
“When I went to the barrier to leave. I scanned my ticket and it said the cost was £240. I had already prepaid (much less) The system doesn't seem to work??”
“Easy to access car park. Lift to terminus a bonus as is the fast pass access. Used this facility which helped tremendously with cutting down the queue time.”
“Every expensive and extremely dirty, I had to use the toilet and as someone who is disabled I used the disabled toilet which also doubles up as a baby changing toilet. No hand soap, floor wet from urine, toilet itself looked like something for interrail of the 70s and 80s. This is a horrible airport.”
