“Parking not too far from terminal and Sat nav took us right there . Transfer buses to and from terminal were frequent. Great bonus paying for fast track security .
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use again .”
“It’s been two months since I parked my car at Edinburgh Airport car park, and you are still hounding me to complete a customer feedback survey as it were a civic duty.
It’s not just you. It’s everyone. It’s every product I buy. It’s every service I pay for. It’s filling up my inbox. It’s making my phone ring. And I am tired of it.
It takes time out of my day to say “yes, everything was quite acceptably unremarkable and that’s exactly what I wanted and expected.”
“I turned up roughly at the time I had booked, left my car in a space, went on holiday, came back, my car was exactly where I had left it in the condition I had left it, and I drove home again. The cost was exactly as advertised, and there was no unexpected drama or complication.”
You’re not paying me for that time. So why should I be expected to do that, and why should I do that for free?
Unless I actively offer a complement or make a complaint, the considerate way to treat a paying customer is to assume that they are somewhere between “indifferent” and “moderately satisfied” with the product or service they have purchased and to not make demands on their time.
I am a paying customer of your organisation. You work for me. I do not work for you. Please stop making demands on my time.
In my frustration, I am leaving a 1 star response to all aspects of this survey, despite the fact that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the service provided and I would use it again.”
“Carpark was fine and price farily reasonable. However, something went wrong with the automated numberplate recognition and when we went to leave we were told we had a large outstanding bill, despite booking in advance. We spoke to someone on the intercom and sorted it out but it was an unecessary stress at the end of our journey.”
“The worlds worse airport! Having traveled the world I am always amazed just how rubbish Edinburgh Airport actually is. Badly designed and overpriced parking makes you want to get the train.”
