Check in and drop off good and the car was ready when we returned. However, when we preented the ticket they gave us to exit at the barrier it wanted us to pay £7.00 to exit. It was wet and dark and there is no help button so we just paid.
I complained and apparently the anpr camera could not read my numberplate. We got the £7.00 back but it took a few weeks.”
