“Smooth drive to the parking but I did not have a ticket as I had booked online so had to take a ticket from the machine. When I was leaving and inserted the ticket it generated a bill of £238. Shock and horror! Luckily I pressed the button and spoke to an operative who sorted it out and opened the barrier with no additional charge. Woukd recommend it as it is good value and a very convenient two minute walk to the terminal. Thank you.”

“Fastpark is very convenient and quick when dropping off your car but there’s a lack of signs as you exit the airport on your return to pick up the car if you have never done it before. Once you have found the fastpark car park then key collection is easy with your ticket.”

“Yor booking website has a serious error, last two visits I booked an carefully added my vehicle reg number, double checking it was correct, then for some reason it auto changes and scrambles the reg on your system, which you don't notice at the time, when you get.to the exit, I was asked for £115.00, then a long winded conversation with you security before finally being let out, a seriously stressful experience at midnight after a few.days away, please get this glitch sorted”
