“Met by a helpful gentleman when we arrived at 3:45 am. Followed his instructions then walked to reception where a helpful lady asked if this was our first time using the park. She showed us what to do and exp.ained the process on our return.
Our plane touched down at 16:30. After coming through border control ,collecting luggage and customs we drove out of carpark at 17:05.
Best experience ever. Will def5use again.”

“Everything was very easy and convenient. The staff on entry were very helpful and friendly as were the staff at the lockers where you deposit your key. The barcode supplied worked perfectly and everything went smoothly. On our return it was easy to find our car but? On leaving the car park we had to go through 2 barriers which requires you to insert a ticket which we didn't have! We got through the barrier as the help button attendant was courteous and let us through. Why would you need a ticket to exit a secure car park??? Hence the one star knocked off”
