“I pre-booked a short stay Fri - Mon and paid the agree price on the app. On arrival I collected a ticket and found a space. On return, I drove to the exit only to find a much higher preset price on the payment machine which I was invited to pay by card. The machine only appeared to have a card slot. I didn't notice a barcode scanner. I contacted a member of staff who confirmed my registration number and name before raising the exit barrier remotely.”
