“So easy to use. Was travelling with a young child and everything was simple and efficient from start to finish. Staff really helpful even at awful o'clock in the morning.”
“I had to drive around a few lines before finding a free space, I hoped to find a disabled parking spot, but failed to find a free one, also found it difficult to find the disabled parking areas, found the walking suface difficult for pulling a case to terminal. However despite a few niggles, I found the process easy and fairly good value.”
“Be aware if you park up the night before your flight, then your fasttrack security barcode is not recognised the next day (we flew at 6:15am so booked into hotel nearest to the terminal). Security staff seemed very familiar with this flaw in the system though.”
“Extremely good and easy to use Parking Facility both my wife and I have mobility issues I use a power wheelchair my wife a scooter. We arrived got picture of car taken were shown lane to leave car in ( has Bluebadge facility’s) parked car went a few feet into the key drop off area automotive drop off however there is always someone to assist with this takes few minutes you get a tag on keys and notification slip where you collect your key on return we pressed for pre booked special assistance throughout the airport within 5 minutes someone came along to assist is us took around a few minutes from car park to the airport. On return we were assisted to the car park put car details into system from slip given when key was dropped off a box lit up we got our key car was about 10 feet from exit very good service easy to use in May Nat bad value for money”
