Went for the park-near-terminal and hand-your-keys-in and someone else parks it for you then brings it back so it's waiting near terminal when you return option as best value at time of booking. Worked fairly well, a bit clunky and collected car from a spot a bit further away from terminal than would normally so not as big an advantage as portrayed, well none at all really. The rearranged arrival means you arrive much further from the carpark than before and there's no signposting back to it as you exit arrivals, but turn right and walk back along the front of the building. Details like these could be improved with a little thought by the airport.

Because of a last-minute covid test we had to change drivers/cars. There was no-one to contact or help to leave car park therefore we have paid twice, £79.99 + £170. Can you help?

Have used parking 3 times and paid for it online each time we have put ticket in machine to be told we owe £170 and had to speak to assistant to sort it out in long stay very frustrating when you arrive back in early hours of morning

Machines on entry didn't work and wouldn't scan anyone's barcodes. Long queues. Picking up was easier, although still felt like a trek back to the car so 'Fast' isn't a word I would use as the header for FASTPARK. Too expensive for what it is.

Going out was very good. Helpful staff on hand to show you process etc. coming home however it all worked until I had to confirm I had my key - then it wouldn’t recognise the barcode. Gave up eventually as figured we had the key but then had to John queue to get out. Sat for 10m until sorted - ended up nine of us got the confirmation - which would’ve given us a ticket - and we needed this to get out. The machine had run out of tickets!!

I got misled by the website which said booking advance is cheaper compared to paying on the spot. If you plan to park for less 7-10 hours it half the price compared to advanced online booking. Also parking bays are extremely tight

Shuttle bus ok maybe ten - fifteen mins wait on return. Exiting, the machine didnt recognise booking and wanted £90 for three days. Took a few minutes to raise someone on call button but was immed. sorted. Would probably go back to more expensive options after the hassle of this.

You’d accessible location although lost c30 mins trying to find a parking space, ended up having to follow people returning to their cars. Quite stressful when your about to start the airport procedure which is a stress in itself.

Finding a space proved difficult. After circling the carpark for 10 mins finally found one . Consider setting up numbered spaces which are held for customers paying in advance online .

Online and telephone customer service is not helpful at all I tried to contact first park while abroad due to strikes with airline we took an earlier flight so needed the car back early I sent an email and phoned 16 hours before our return and I’m still waiting for a reply 4 days later we had to wait 35 minutes for someone to collect our car when we returned to Edinburgh so for that reason I would say 3 out of 5 for customer service

I find it confusing that the airport caused delays to the flight because we had to wait for our baggage and then charge for this delay!

Parking ok but once again issues when trying to exit on a prepaid ticket which the machine at the exit barrier didn’t recognise and tried to charge £285

Walking directions from the car park to the airport building is ok ..BUT try finding walking directions to the long stay car park once you exit arrivals.. is non existent. Took us 20 mins to get to the car

The parking itself was ok as usual but having paid for multistorey partly because of fast track security, we were shocked to find a massive queue stretching way back into the terminal. As we waited it became clear that we would have been quicker using the standard security. Obviously, the airport management had not put any capacity restriction on the sale of fast track and passengers were panicking about the media stories of lengthy delays. It took us about 20 minutes to get through fast track security at a time when the airport app was advertising 11 minutes wait time. Obviously, revenue was more important to the airport operators than customer service.

Getting in and parking car all great. Signage for pedestrians to get to terminal absolutely shocking… there was nothing in line of sight. Walked back to car entrance/exit, no pathways for pedestrians, found sign eventually and a group of other pedestrians looking lost. Getting out of car park with prepaid online ticket was also a nightmare as machine wanted to charge me again, call for help buttonnon existent, drove back to pay station and no help option on there….. not what you want after a long day travelling. Eventually found exit gate with call for help button and got out…. Not ideal.

Pre-booked parking but again the in gate didnt pick up my number plate so when validating ticket to leave machine tried to charge me. Used the assistance button on the machine though and issue was resolved very quickly.

Took around 20 mins to find a space, when we arrived back lots of cars were parked in the car parks roads and mounted on pavements that weren’t actual places - car park clearly too full

Parking was fine but could not find a space close to the terminal, had to use the overflow carpark across the road. This was a bit of a pain with having 3 kids and luggage

Parking was with Fast Park and it was nice and close and fairly easy
