“Not a great experience, Sat nav (link from email) took us to a staff car park. No signs, not easy to locate. Ended up inadvertently driving into airport drop off at a cost of £8:50. Eventually found parking but couldn’t find booking on system. Correct email and car registration provided. Finally letting and then very hard to find a space. In all, a huge stress. In departure, still couldn’t find booking on system!”
“I always use the airport parking to save time. On return to my pick up at 1am on wed I had a note to say keys not ready. No staff around and a sign says ring bell but no bell on the door. Fast track should be that!! Fast”

Depositing/recovering car keys straight forward.
As a Blue Badge holder car was ready waiting near door on return.

“On arrival I parked between 2 cars there was plenty of space between all vehicles, on return I find my car sandwiched between two commercial vehicles, large vans, and had to slither in to the drivers seat and reverse out so my wife could get in. I understand vans need to park too but please provide a segregated area for larger vehicles and 4x4 so all can access without damage”
“I booked parking with plane parking on the 23/5/26 my flight was on 25/5/26 till the 1/6/26 on my return I went to collect my car and drove to the exit barrier i put my ticket in the machine to my astonishment it showed that I had to pay £185 which i refused to do i then spoke to a man in the control room explaining that i had already had paid for my parking he refused to accept this even though I gave him all the details of my booking he said that I would have to pay the amount showing on the meter before he would open the gate because he couldn’t find my on his system this went on for about 20/25minutes with me continuously repeating all my details to him before he eventually opened the gate this has left me totally dissatisfied with the service i received all because of their computer system failure.William Welsh”
“I’ve used Edinburgh airport fast park multiple times. I love how easy it is to find & how convenient it is to leave your keys behind. Upon picking up my car on this occasion - my driver side window was left all the way rolled down. Luckily it hadn’t rained so my car was dry but this was disappointing since there’s never a problem.”
“Used Fastpark Parking and it was excellent from start to finish. Just drive up and park, walk the short distance to check in and it’s straight across from the terminal. Then so easy on the return to collect car key. Have used fastpark a few times now and can highly recommend for ease and closeness to the terminal. Plenty staff around too if any help is required”

Only snag was the barriers were not working going into and out of the car park which ment a slight hold up and a call to the attendant for help both ways”
“Entry and funding a space was easy. Bus arrived within 5mins and dropped us near the terminal. Only issue was leaving the carpark at the end of our stay when I was requested £185 for parking when I'd pre-booked and prepaid. Easily rectified by pressing the help button and speaking to the advisor. This has happened on previous uses of the carpark and shows an issue between the number plate recognition and the booking system. Some people would panic when this issue happens.”
“Despite having paid in advance the exit machine couldn't recognize the car reg no. So asked for payment. The help call sorted it out but we weren't the only car stuck at he barrier and it was 2 am. Seems the advance payment system is vulnerable or there's another process to follow which wasn't evident when we parked the car.”
