“The website is not as easy to use for bookings since you withdrew the 'membership'
The retention of details saved filling them in every time, and the ability to look up all bookings and history meant that I could easily check to make sure whether I had made a booking or not.
Otherwise the ingress and egress to and from the multi story is easy and booking in advance means no queues to pay before exit.
As far as the airport is concerned the service gets worse. Long queues for security checking, even with Fast Track, and the lack of aircraft stands so that some aircraft park miles away from the terminal with consequent delays, don't endear the airport to regular flyers.”
“RyanAir service fantastic both flights arrived early however,attitudes of certain staff members at Edinburgh security checks was very poor compared to those at London Stanstead who couldn't have been friendlier.”

“The machine did not recognise my car registration as mentioned at booking.
On arrival the gentleman on the phone advised me to take a ticket and quote my ref number on exit.
During exit I spoke a very rude guy (1am)
Who was very loud and impatient.”
“It wrks fairly well. It's expensive however, and, whilst the fast track provision for the multi-storey is very useful, there is often no space on the 2nd floor - and coned/marked off bays - on arrival which raises questions about how well the system is working.”
“By pre-booking I saved quite a bit of money, especially since I was away for 21 days, and the bus service was great to the terminal.
However, even though your given some additional extra time, my flight was delayed and for being 15 minutes over I was £32 extra which wasn't cheap.”
“Was fairly normal service, but it stuck out that the barrier wasn't working at the exit but there was no warning, so I pulled up, as did someone behind me who blocked me in a and then we all reversed and that caused a bit of a jam! A cone out would have fixed the problem!”
“I found it quite difficult to find my car when dropped off, better signage and if the driver told you what stop he was at would be helpful as I could not see (facing wrong direction on bus). Also maybe information inside the airport telling which stop you should go to for the bus you want ie Long term/mid term parking would be helpfull too as once you get to stop and its pissing down with rain the wind is howling with head down its a pain to see which stop you should be at .”
“Easy to book and use, however, prices for the same car park vary wildly from website to website - the long stay varied for my stay from £41 to £27 for exactly the same car park. The main issue I have with long stay is that the bus parks a very long way from the terminal - it used to stop just outside the terminal door but since the recent developments is now located at the furthest away bus stop from the terminal. By the time you walk to the bus you have already walked half way to the car park!”
“Good value for money but instructions on how to get the bus back to the parking area were unclear and it is in fact a bit of a long walk with all your luggage to coach bus stop 10, so make sure you have a trolley. Also despite having prepaid we got a shock when the barrier wouldn't open and the screen said we still had £260 to pay! Got it sorted quickly enough though.”
“I use the prepay facility regularly. Roughly speaking, the exit barrier requires me to pay every second time, so I have to speak to control, who generally are quite quick to respond”
“Booking the parking and getting in and out was easy. The bus service to the terminal was on time for the outward fligh. However the bus only showed up for out inbound flight after a phonecall was made to customer support after waiting over half an hour (made worse because it was after midnight by the time we got back to the car).”

“Facility does the job nicely but it is becoming more and more horrifically expensive. Car was safe and undamaged upon our return but, despite return taxi not being cheap, it is more likely to be the approach in future I'm afraid.”
