“Distant from Terminal but cheap.
I pre=booked for 17 day, with dates and times. I parked only between said dates and times On return, your barrier did not lift when I put my ticket into the machine. The machine said I owed over £300. When I spoke to your operator, he lifted the barrier immediately. Odd.”
“Brilliant system. Quick drop-off and pickup and makes the airport experience so much better. Price is good too if you book early. We never park anywhere else.”
“Unfortunately the ticket machine for the multi storey printed out a ticket with the wrong car reg on it. I pressed the intercom and was told “that’s it cleared” and the barrier came up.
I thought to myself, I bet we have problems leaving the car park!
Right enough, when I put my ticket in it showed that I owed £504 for the week.
I used the intercom, said my reg number and the barrier opened.
There was no apology and if I hadn’t expected this level of incompetence, it would have come as a bit of a shock to find out that I was due £504.
Here’s hoping this doesn’t happen to anyone else!
