“Edinburgh parking is good there are various options priced differently depending on factors such as distance from terminal covered uncovered etc , the online booking service is excellent easy to understand quick and reliable. The one downside is that the outdoor parking area has a rough tarmac surface its okay for cars but you have to walk to the terminal a ten minute walk its uncovered so in Scotland that means rain and dragging suitcases on this surface is unweildy awkward and destructive on suitcase wheels , they do have trolleys you can use , the wheels are easier to use but still not easy and you haveto pay at a machine before trolley is released for you to use , furthermore you have to walk half the distance to the terminal to reach this trolley machine , most people dont use it because , well , theyre already half way there to the terminal from their parking spot. There used to be a free bus every ten minutes but that was withdrawn.Looks like customer comfort and convenience is not top of the list.”
“First time I have used this service at Edinburgh Airport and am very satisfied. Also our return flight was 6 hours late (typical Ryanair) and this did not present a problem. Moral of the story is 'if you fly with Ryanair park using this service'. 1st class.”
“We had pre booked a space to pick up our daughter and her partner arriving from Australia on Emirates. We had difficulty identifying the exact car park and had to contact assistance using the intercom on three occasions. The gentleman who answered was very helpful and directed us to the correct car park and assisted us when exiting after picking up our daughter. Five stars for these staff. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
“I’ve used both the Mid Stay and Long Stay car parks within the last 6 months and on both occasions I had prepaid my parking but when trying to exit a message appeared saying I had to pay hundreds of pounds. A quick chat via the help button and the barrier was raised, otherwise a good place to park for proximity to the airport and price.”
“Parked further away than usual but it was served by a regular bus pick up and drop off service so actually walked less distance. As usual the ticket didn’t work on leaving the car park so had to wait for someone to answer the call (took a while) but quickly let out car park on confirmation of number plate. Very rarely does the number plate recognition service work for me.”
“I live just North of Dumfries and both Glasgow and Edinburgh airports are the same distance for me to drive but oh boy it’s so much easier to get to Edinburgh. The drive is beautiful, just rolling hills and empty roads until the last 10 minutes and then the airport itself, more relaxed, friendlier and easier to navigate once inside. It’s definitely my go to choice for a Scottish Airport.”
“Parking is fine use it often. 75% of the times I use your parking when I go to leave the barrier machine tries to charge me even though I have prepaid. Then I’ve got to press the call button to speak to your operator who then has to c check and let me through. It was a standing joke in the family to start with but now it’s becoming a bit tedious and I’m sure the operator must be fed up with it.”
“Simple and easy to use. Regular bus to and from airport, however when in a rush coming back, finding the bus stop to get to the car park could be better sign posted (plane parking not just long stay)”
