“Staff on arrival are excellent, very helpful and friendly, 5 star plus for them . The process is very slick and easy . My issue is that on my return my car was parked so close to the one next to me that I nearly had to climb into the driver’s seat through the passenger side . I also wanted to put my case in the back seat as easier to lift in but the space was really tight . This also makes me wary of the car being scratched/bumped by other car doors if people aren’t careful . The bays are too small which can’t be fixed but I think staff returning the cars should check that there is enough access. It’s a shame as everything else was fantastic.”

We returned at 3am in the morning and j managed to mislay my exit voucher but there was a great chap on duty who said ‘no bother’ and reprinted a second voucher.
That is service and a very efficient service.

However upon leaving the car park I inserted my ticket and it said I had outstanding amount of £45 to pay - which I did as it was 3am and we were desperate to get home. I had already paid £110 for this parking and was no mention of exit fees so I am a bit confused by this…”
“The service was almost a 5-star experience, but I was disappointed to find that the valet staff had altered all of my car's internal settings—including the steering wheel distance, which felt entirely unnecessary.”
“Passing through Edinburgh airport parking was very simple. When I I arrived I just dropped off my car after inspection, picking up my case I proceeded to drop off my keys. Having pre registered I obtained the tag and checking the details which were correct I dropped them in the facility provided.
On my return having a pass code I swiped it at the scanner and the box corny keys opened and I picked them up and closed the box. I proceeded to find my car at the designated parking bay and drove it to the barriers and exited the facility and traveled home.”
