“It would have been 5 stars had it not been for the fact that reg number recognition did not work on arrival and it took a long time for assistant to respond. I had made two bookings for the same time and the same problem occured with both cars. However on departure all went smoothly. I have not encountered this issue before with this car park.”
“Easy to find a space. On leaving the exit signage is not good. The ticket you take at the start, when put in the machine on exit did not open the barrier and it asked for Ā£350. The assistant was slow to answer but after giving my registration the barrier opened. However no thank you from the assistant for the massive shock of being asked for payment.”
“Parking in multi-story is very good but recent price increases make it unviable now for me. Last year I got 18 days parking in November for just under Ā£100 for same time this year nearly Ā£200 so itās alternative methods either cheaper parking or taxis.”
