“Unfortunately the ticket machine for the multi storey printed out a ticket with the wrong car reg on it. I pressed the intercom and was told “that’s it cleared” and the barrier came up.
I thought to myself, I bet we have problems leaving the car park!
Right enough, when I put my ticket in it showed that I owed £504 for the week.
I used the intercom, said my reg number and the barrier opened.
There was no apology and if I hadn’t expected this level of incompetence, it would have come as a bit of a shock to find out that I was due £504.
Here’s hoping this doesn’t happen to anyone else!
