“Staff are helpful and courteous. Everything worked well and the process of parking and leaving keys was easy. Collecting keys and car on return was similarly very easy.
Only downside side was that it is no longer as good value for money as it used to be.”
“We used Plane Parking for the first time. It is beyond the long stay so you do have to catch their bus to the terminal. The bus did kindly stop for us in between shelters.”
“Quick pick-up & return to car park from terminal. However, glad I wasn't far from the bus shelter as the parking bays aren't numbered. I remembered roughly where my car was parked and didn't take long to find it. Much further away, or a longer trip, I'd have been wandering around in the dark for a while.
I'd have preferred to have something at the entrance or on the parking ticket acknowledging that this was pre-booked and at the original price already paid.”
“I've used this parking before and always had a good experience. On this occasion on our booking our return flight firstly was to return at 12.05 at Edinburgh, just after midnight . The parking only went up to 11.30 pm I was going to be charged another £15 for half hour , this was due to a flight change out with our control. The guys were great and attempted to fix it so this wouldn't happen. But on our return, the flight was delayed over an hour so on leaving I had to collect a ticket from barrier and then had to pay to be able to leave the airport.... How was this my fault , and there's no one around near the barriers to ask for help, I was tired, I'll and just wanted home so had to pay which made our parking even more expensive . Think there should be someone at the barriers to offer support when this happens. Wasn't happy with the experience on this occasion.”
