The 6th time I've used this service and the 6th time number plate recognition has not worked and i am left at the barrier trying to get out AT 3 am!

The location was easy to find and convenient - just a short walk from the terminal building. I have chosen to give 1 star due to the parking charge I had due to being ‘late’. On the email, it does state that you have 2 hours at either side of the time you estimate you will return at, however it is not my fault my flight was delayed and I was ‘late’ to collect my car. I was 23 minutes over the 2 hour grace period and it cost £9 to get out of the car park. I think that is absolutely ridiculous considering I have no control over whether or not a flight is delayed. I understand charging more if people extend their holiday or stay in the airport longer than necessary, but charging when a flight is delayed is uncalled for.

Recently we parked with Edinburgh Airport Parking for 4 weeks. The cost of £191 was not unreasonable since it avoided us having to spend a night in a hotel. Our rutern flight was late by 6 hours and we were had no alternative but to pay the £40 surcharge. On top of the upset of the 6 hour flight delay this was most distressing. I feel as though I have been mugged. I will never use this service again.

We arrived in good time for our flight but had to waste half an hour hunting for a space. There were NO spaces. We chose to leave our car in as safe a space we could find. As it was the Royal Highland Show at Ingliston we suspect they oversold the number of spaces in the car park. Additionally the signage for the walkways to Edinburgh Airport were poor (Now no shuttle bus available) and the road surface, including speedbumps, is abysmal for pushing a heavily laden luggage trolley. I will look to park elsewhere in future.

I think I had the worst experience with this parking lot I skipped on the 8th of July until the 11th of July, of course I paid the amount of 44.99 pounds online and when I took the car on the 11th of July, I had to pay another 120 pounds, which I don't think. correct I tried to find a CV office so I could solve the problem, unfortunately I didn't find anything 😳😳😳

We parked at 3.30am in the Long Stay carpark. We knew that there would be no buses. The walking route to the airport was neither clear nor obvious other than by looking at the terminal building. On our return in full daylight the additional problem was locating the exit. There were signs literally in every direction saying Exit. We started to drive around slowly and went over a speed bump at 5mph that made a huge noise under our car. We stopped and looked but nothing was visible however there was a loud rattling all the way home. The car was put in the garage the next day and we were charged £199 to replace the coil spring. Not the best homecoming surprise. Please sort out that dangerous bump.

Appalling. Due to a missed connection not of our own making, we were charged £40 extra or approximately 38% of our original booking fee, for an overstay of just under 6 hours. To put it into context, the car had been there for 2 weeks! There was nowhere on the Edinburgh Parking website where we could extend our stay as we nines we wouldn’t be back in time. You just have to swallow the extra cost and tough luck. It’s disgraceful particularly when the airports are in complete disarray and disorganisation at the moment.

Why don’t you provide a postcode? I found it very hard to use satnav to follow your directions and ended up parked in the wrong car park !!! This accepted my ticket just as you described and wanted to charge me£95 despite the fact that I had already paid you. There is no clear signage at the car park. There were no busses at all so I had to walk to departures with my heavy luggage. It all felt totally amateurish !!!!

Disappointed. Flight was cancelled and had to rebook my flight for a later date but the same return date as the initial booking for parking. Couldn't edit the dates for my parking on the system. Phoned but everything is automated. Ended up using the parking and when returned got charged full price at the exit. Initial booking £54.99 and charged at exit £140. Complete joke of a service.

Please make signage more prominent, so people can find the parking they have paid for. Wife had to pay twice

We arrived at carpark at 3am (flight was due to arrive 1:15am) and our keys were not in the locker. We, and at least 7 other families, had to wait over an hour for our car to be brought down and when it was there was a scratch on the bumper. I will never use this service again.

Terrible service - booked for a short trip away. Followed the instructions and parked in the correct car park. Was billed £155 on exit, on top of the £80 initially paid for the pre booking.

Why no automatic number plate plate recognition when booked online like most other airports.

Machine told me I owed £515 to get out!! I’d booked parking for £70- nearly had heart attack. No information on where/how to park either.

We entered car park as a family of four on 29/06. Our two adult children returned to exit car park on 05/07. When they placed ticket in machine it demanded £200 to leave car park. Employee eventually assisted via intercom however it took a, further 10minutes to resolve situation. Still unsure why ticket never worked. Won't recommend to friends in future.

Terrible. On the way out into the terminal from the fastrack, that was good. On the way back on my return i went back the same way and got to the end of the corridor and the door to the carpark was locked. I then returned and was met by someone from security who was hostile asking how had I go in that. I said through the door, he it said that door should have been locked. Not a pleasant experience. Then on the way out the machine tells me that I owe £146.00. I had pre-paid. After the phone rang for a long while someone answered it and let me out. I will not be using the parking at Edinburgh Airport again.

Multi-storey car park was full and we were told to park in the pick up point car park. We had pre booked months in advance. Very poor situation to encounter at the start of the holiday.
