“First time using the Mid Stay car park and booking in advance. The process was seamless. Looks like the car park has been realigned/flow of traffic direction changes as there was a rogue Exit sign pointing against the one way traffic flow. Might catch you out if you exit your space and see the sign rather than the arrow painted on the road. Spaces were a bit tight, and the exit had a nasty tight turn on it. Also someone scratched my car - see comments about tight spaces!”
“I have booked both long and mid stay parking at Edinburgh airport before without any issues. This booking at the long stay parking was very different when it came time to exit after our trip. There was chaos at the exit with all the barriers all open and cars having a difficult time getting out on to the main road. Even though the barriers were open I entered the ticket in to the machine at the barrier as I have in the past to be greeted with the display suggesting I owed £260. This was despite me clearly being within my booking period. The ticket was swallowed and we moved off. I did try to call customer services hen I returned home but there was no option to speak with anyone. The only advice you will get is to submit a form online. I have emailed and submitted a form. Both of these options suggest I will have to wait 8 working days for a relply.
I would probably avoid using the official car park in future.”
“Car not ready when came to pick up at half eleven at night. Nobody about either for over 15mins either. Not great with a 3 hour drive to the highlands afterwards”
“Have used Fast Park in the past with no issues. However was very disappointed this time! I can’t understand why my car had numerous radio stations tuned in and car and media display all changed ! Warning lights advising all tyres required assistance. Not what i needed at 2am !!!”

“Simple hassle free parking. Just roll up and let it photograph your car. Park in the lane assigned by the attendant and check in and hand over your keys. Simple easy to follow instructions. In return scan the barcode on your ticked, collect your keys from the locker and off you go. Will 100% be using this service again and would absolutely recommend this”

On return it was 10 min from bag collection to driving home.”
