“This was my first time using FlyPark at Edinburgh Airport Terminal. First thing to notice is the signposting to reception is great (though the email confirmation could have a better map and description). At reception my car was photographed in an instant, really important in case it's damaged later during parking and return. The car drop off followed by the key drop-off was quite straightforward. The key tagging process really needs a video explainer though, we'd have struggled without the assistance of the very helpful guy at the key drop off. On return my car was parked very conveniently. I think the process should involve driving through the camera again and getting a photograph compare using AI. It was light when I parked saw I could check my car out but in darkness or rain this would be impossible. We met 4 members of staff during the entire process and every one was polite, helpful and courteous. I'll definitely use the service again and would recommend it!”
“FastPark at Edinburgh Airport is about the only thing I like about this airport. It has worked perfectly every time I have used it which is more I can say about any other aspect of customer service there.”
“The long stay facility is excellent. Very easy to book and also within easy walking distance of the termnal. The exit process also worked very well.
One thing I would say, is that the different car parks perhaps need to be more clearly identified in the booking process.”

Some sinage only partially lit The central lift control panel is loose causing the button for the first floor not working It was like that last October when I laast visited”
“Plane Parking is very easy to find, relatively cheap and buses come regularly for the journey to the terminal. The bus drivers are very friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be using this car park again”
“Convenient on arrival and picking up keys was easy, however pushing the bags uphill on return late at night was nos easy. Surfaces for pedestrians should be renewed,”
