Hello This is the 2nd time I have used fast track parking. Parked up in lane 1 and collected car a week later in bay E26. Why does someone need to change radio stations for a 60 second drive. Also on leaving I had to pay an extra £6 on top of the £90 for the week. There appeared no way of communicating on exit unless I missed it at the barrier. Overall I would use again.

Parking at Airport, was easy and uneventful. More larger signage showing directions to airport check-in and repair to areas where passengers have to walk through puddles, especially going from long stay to mid stay parking at fence .

Thank you for your review. Thank you for your review. Our car parks are signposted by wayfinding, located in key traffic areas. I’m sorry to hear that you found our wayfinding to be unhelpful. Please be assured that we are working hard to upgrade our wayfinding where required. Kind regards, Customer Support Team

Amendment to stay was not possible if occurring greater than 14 days from date of booking. (Booking was made several months ago and and the flight departure changed by one day due to airline industrial action announced four weeks ago). Voicemail and email to EDI not acknowledged and uncertainty existed as to whether arriving one day later than planned would cancel booking altogether. On arrival, agent was understanding and helpful saying that all was well and there was no additional charge, however when exiting several days later, a charge of £285 was requested at barrier! Another agent did resolve this and was also helpful, however it highlights the inadequacies of the automated system.

Yet again the ticket did not let me out. This is the 3rd time this has happend to have to call the help button with traffic backing behind me up while the operator confirmed I'd pre-paid and let me out.

This was my third time using Fast Park, and while it's efficient, it is most definitely over-priced. If there's inclement weahter, customers are soaked/chilled by the time they reach the key drop off building. Each time I have been, there has been a problem in recognising the car on entry or exit. On this occasion, it was on entry. It's not as 'fast' if you have to faff about for a ticket or press the intercom for help to exit. Sign posting on return could be much better for Fast Park.

All good going into the fast working which has got a lot smoother and quicker than previously. Elements I was not happy with was the paying for a trolley and having to walk to a trolley, as I had 3 large bags I needed to carry to the nearest location which was past the fast parking. On my return, my car was in the furthest away parking bay which I again needed to carry all the bags to and I’d be as well as getting the car placed in the long stay as the departures terminal was closer than the fast parking??

When I booked, confirmed and paid, a few minute later I received an email offering 10% discount. I felt taken advantage of. Having taken my ticket from the entry zone machine on the start day, I noticed there was a QR code for 10% discount next time - I scanned but the scan produced no "next step". This "discount" is beginning to look like a dishonest scam. The parking itself worked well, I just feel conned by Edinburgh Parking.

All was very good until we went to leave. Your vehicle recognition did not work and you tried to charge us £180, we had paid much less in advance. If we had not used the intercom we would have had to pay. Suggest you get it fixed.

New parking experience for us - disappointment with only 2 bus stops within parking zone - could do with a third near exit area. On return to retrieve car, bus had broken down but speedy replacement arrived. Roadways in car parking area were covered with spilled vehicle fuel so was the fuel leak the reason for the breakdown of the bus?

Thank you for your review. We always encourage passengers to pre-book parking. We offer car parking pricing for 2 years in advance for different lengths of stay. Our pricing is dynamic and continually changes based on many different factors such as demand, occupancy and lead time making it possible for the pricing to change from booking to booking however, we offer competitive pricing against other providers. Kind regards, Customer Support Team

Very expensive, pre-booked for a 2 week stay and when we landed shattered just wanting to get home, the barrier was claiming we owed £410.00 and wouldn’t let us through. Credit to the customer service for fixing the issue, but that shouldn’t happen, it’s like they’re chancing it that someone wouldn’t complain and just pay it.

Parking was fine, bus was fine but had a problem getting access. Even though I had pre-booked the barrier did not lift for me on the way in or out. This meant conversations over the intercom at the barrier itself - I could barely hear the person. A bit stressful when you are already running to catch a flight.

Used Plane Parking, which was well sign posted. Only 2 bus stops in the entire car park, so expect to pull your cases a fair way if you can find an empty space close to them. The buses to and from arrived promptly and the drivers were good. Biggest gripe (apart from the cost) is that the drop off / pick up stop at the Terminal is so far from the actual Terminal itself. A good few hundred yards, some of it uncovered and exposed to the elements. No idea why it can't be closer. The whole experience could be so much better.

This is not as advertised. It is not true valet parking. You still park your car, then deal with dropping keys in yourself. I also found the staff unhelpful with a bad attitude when asking what to do on entering. Collection was easy but again you have to collect your keys and then find the car yourself. Which is fine it’s just not valet parking.

The problem is an inability to get a baggage trolley at the airport, and coming in at midnight with a young child is a challenge to walk to the long stay car park with luggage. The airport has started charging for trolleys - which is odd, given a trolley is part of the airport process (perhaps the airport has been inspired by Ryanair’s charging policies). However, the payment screen was frozen, leaving us with no way to “rent” a trolley. The cleaner called for help, but it was not forthcoming. A very poor experience.

I thought our car registration number would have been automatically recognised on entry but it wasn't and we had to take a ticket. Same thing happened on the way out and we had to buzz the intercom to get out after inputting the ticket every way possible. Frustrating when you just want to head off home after 2 flights.

Thank you for your review. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit and I understand the frustration that it causes. I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time. Kind regards, Customer Support Team

There seem to be too few disabled parking spaces. We couldn't find one although we are eligible.

Hi there, I’m sorry to hear that you found it difficult to find a space in our car park. If ever faced with the same problem in future, please ring the intercom at the exit barrier and our team will provide a suitable alternative. Kind regards, Customer Support Team
