Not very well sign posted and even though we had pre paid parking it still tried to charge us on the way out.

The signs to and from the fastrack is very poor. Trying to find the access to the fastrack after our parking period was very poor. There was construction work ongoing but no signs to help. Also on arrival in early morning the access door was not open for 15 minutes. 04:15 instead of 04:00. We were left not knowing what to do.

Pre booking system works well, but bays in surface car park are quite tight and can be a problem if you have a fairly large car such as a 4x4, SUV or 5 series as an example. So many of these cars on the road now feel they should reorganise parking for these types - maybe slightly larger bays with premium added.

All was okay apart from the shelter bus stops could do with the number of the shelter on both sides as the bus driver never said a word. I would recommend Edinburgh airport parking and use the service agin.

Wait for shuttle bus was longer than expected on arrival definitely longer than wait time quoted. Collection on return was fine.

The long stay car facility is very a. Very easy to use and b. Well located with c. Transfer bus easy to use. Areas to improve upon; 1. tell people where to get the bus back from, it’s not clear it is same location as drop off. 2. Drop people off back at locations throughout car park where they were picked up from. We arrived back early (1am) morning with two young children and were told we had to walk from the one drop off. The driver was not very helpful in explanation.

Would be good to have a clear pedestrian path to terminal for those in a hurry. There is almost no lighting on pedestrian crossing and bridge over tram tracks and burn. Very dark and frightening for solo females.

The Long Stay car park is well sign-posted but once in the car park itself it is very difficult to see where the various pick-up points are located. I had to ask a member of staff to find the closest. Also, and I'm comparing to other airports here, there are relatively few pick-up points given the size of the car park. I was lucky that the weather was dry when I was leaving and returning to my car. Had the weather been poor, I would not have bene happy overall with the experience, sorry.

Do not believe signage is good either for entering car park or directing users from within airport. Was shocked when exiting to be advised I owed almost £360. This was prepaid parking. It took 2 attempts to get an answer from intercom. Thankfully there was not a queue of cars behind us as I had to retrieve my original booking to obtain my ref no. to confirm I had indeed prepaid. This just adds to extending the time it takes to get out of the airport!

Pre-paid ticket not recognised on exit but quickly sorted when I spoke to someone over the intercom.

online purchasing is excellent, but it would be helpful to have instructions on the confirmation/receipt telling you that when you leave, you can simply put the ticket you receive at the entry barrier into the exit barrier: the carpark instructions tell you to take the ticket to the ticket machine (to pay) which is not what you need to do if you've already paid online (if you're like me, you've booked lots of things for your trip and can't recall if you've already paid for this or not). Also, your 'how likely' question says it is optional, but the website forces you to complete it.

Please stop showing charges and then reduce them for those who query them. Let’s have the correct charge up front.

Only issue was our car (parked near the terminal)was behind fencing which had been erected while we were away resulting in a delay in getting it released ! Otherwise all satisfactory.

Parking is fine but we bought it online and then had a nightmare as when you get the ticket it doesn't recognise the fact you've prepaid. The man in the office had to do something to our ticket. The cameras need to recognise the registration plate. Also the instructions you get when you book online are rubbish!

Always confusing when I park here we paid for Terminal Surface Parking at £79.99 which is meant to be two minutes walk from Terminal, We drove in through the Mid Stay entry but Car Park didn't seem to let me drive towards the Terminal and worrying about time we parked quite far away which was going to be a 10 minute walk so took the courtesy bus. On exit I put my card in and it asked for £238! I was thinking I had maybe entered into the wrong Car Park but when I buzzed Customer Service and they asked my Reg it was approved and they opened barrier.

that made life an awful lot easier. But on balance I'd rather take a park and ride and save a bloody fortune
