“Pre-booked parking for a 5 day holiday, however on our return exiting the car park we were requested a further payment of £160. Thankfully we were able to resolve, but still frustrating to deal with after a long haul flight.”

“Was great up till having to collect my car , got keys fine then had to walk around the carpark for 20 mins trying to find my car in the pouring rain because it had been parked in the wrong slot to the number that was written on my keys , very disappointing end to my holiday 👎👎👎”

“Absolute awful normally park at multi story tried this fast park out I get it’s fast but when we got there the gentleman was so rude my daughter was rushed out car we all were forgot back pack due to it then when picked car up had complete flat tyre never use service again was dreadful”

“Extortionate pricing for what you get. QCar Parks are at least clean and cheaper and with wider spaced out parking bays....
Tiny space, which often cars are parked over two spaces. Car Park itself is filthy, overall the look of the carpark is an eyesore.
Terrible that you charge so much for something that poor. Just taking advantage in many regards and not even investing the profits back into the airport.”

“On my return to the airport I found the parking space was covered in broken glass. I hadn't noticed it when I arrived as it was very early & I was in a hurry. However, I guess it was already there when I parked as I found bits of glass sticking to one of my rear tyres on my return. Fortunately they were not large enough to burst my tyre.”

“On booking on line it was so easy, arriving and parking perfect, came to drop off keys, I had to ask for assistance, I got a very grumpy rude man that told me I had to pay another 15 pound as I had booked wrong and there was no flight at that time, I showed him my flight times he went away and came back with a different flight, I tried to say that I was arriving back at 2.20am, he said no it's 16.20, you either pay the extra now or have to pay it when you pick up car! We paid then!
Only to arrive back on the flight I had shown him and Yip No Car! Absolutely shocking! A nice man tried to sort it out but by this time it was just after 4am I was getting distraught, the gentleman said he would be back in 10 mins, after 25 mins I went and spoke to another man yip the same man that told me I had to pay more, yet again he was so rude and not just to me either.
Total shambles of what should have been an easy experience all because an over Zealous staff member with Bully boy tactics, who would do good going through a customer relations course!”

“No barriers or parking ticket on arrival. Very hard to find intercom on the barrier in the dark on return. Got soaked looking for it. Arrow on console does not point to the intercom button! Long delay waiting for a reply didn't help.
Website failure made it impossible for me to book extra time after delayed return. Incurred £50 'penalty' rate to gain exit. I had contacted the company in advance about my problems with the website. Response by email was good but I never received any explanation or apology about the fault.”

Thank you for your review. Our long stay shuttle bus was suspended in 2020. The car park is an approximate 12 minute walk to the terminal and we find it to be a manageable distance for most customers. Those who find the distance unmanageable can contact us directly to discuss how we can support them.
The long stay car park is marketed as a facility that does not have a shuttle bus and this is confirmed on our website and booking confirmations.

“Paid my £56 for a parking space for 11 days, drove round the entire parking lot twice, No Empty parking spaces available. Numerous other cars parked on corners etc, I also had to park at the end of a row of cars on the roadside. Terrible!!!!!!!!!!!”
