Lots of available spaces if you dont mind a walk to the entrance of airport. But upon leaving gate wouldn't open saying we owed £460 for our stay at the car park at 3am this is not what you want to see . Spoke to an assistant on the telecom lots of questions later the barrier went up . He blamed it on us booking online !

Sually park at Fast park but prices were too dear for this holiday so parked at NCP long stay. Wouldn't park here again as the walk is mostly over rough road to the terminal and with 2 full size cases it was terrible

Despite having a prebooking there was no space available and top level was closed off with many spaces cordoned-off on other levels! Very frustrating and stressfull when trying to catch a flight.

The entry process and the location close to the terminal was fine. However finding our way back to the car park across very rough paths and the distance the car was parked from the key safes was unsatisfactory and unpleasant especially as it was at 4 am and raining.

Booked online for terminal parking for one day. At exit I was told I had to pay £150. Spoke to attendant via intercom and he checked and said it was an error and opened the gate. Second time this has happened to me.

Not a great experience, Sat nav (link from email) took us to a staff car park. No signs, not easy to locate. Ended up inadvertently driving into airport drop off at a cost of £8:50. Eventually found parking but couldn’t find booking on system. Correct email and car registration provided. Finally letting and then very hard to find a space. In all, a huge stress. In departure, still couldn’t find booking on system!

I always use the airport parking to save time. On return to my pick up at 1am on wed I had a note to say keys not ready. No staff around and a sign says ring bell but no bell on the door. Fast track should be that!! Fast

Despite having paid in advance the exit machine couldn't recognize the car reg no. So asked for payment. The help call sorted it out but we weren't the only car stuck at he barrier and it was 2 am. Seems the advance payment system is vulnerable or there's another process to follow which wasn't evident when we parked the car.

Airport parking is often a necessary evil to holidays or business trips and if not booked well in advance, it gets so expensive for basically a bit of tarmac space. If you then arrive, and have to circle the car park forever to find parking and those rare spaces you find are unsuitable because you need to be able to open your child’s door, rushing for time at that stage, the holiday is not off to a great start. However, worse when you get back and have everything back in the car, arrive at the barrier, put your ticket in and are faced with an outstanding amount of £270?! How though? You pre booked and paid! So your heart sinks, you frantically try to find that email from 5 months ago or log into your account ….and there. You were right! It’s all booked! All clear. Yet you put the ticket in and the outstanding amount is glaring at you. What to do? Oh yes, there is a vague call button. Hardly there but there. You call. You tell them you have a valid ticket. They don’t respond but open the gate and let you out! Great but also … rude! An apology wouldn’t have gone amiss! How many people will have paid because of the pressure to get moving? Or being insecure and not finding that email confirmation or seeing that button? That is not acceptable!

Too expensive for what you get.

Had an issue going in where the barrier entry didn’t recognise my car. Rang intercom to be told my booking wasn’t in the system despite the fact I had an email confirmation. After 5 minutes of discussion was finally granted access. Not what you want at 4 in the morning.

I stupidly mistook plane parking for fast park. I normally book mid or long stay car parking and normally avoid car parks that require a bus, so this came as an unwelcome surprise. I arrived around 30 minutes before check-in closed and then spent valuable time driving up and down every lane trying to find a space. There was only one space available in the entire massive car park. After finally parking, I just missed the shuttle bus and had to wait around 20 minutes for the next one. By the time I reached the terminal, my check-in had closed. The return journey was much better, with a bus waiting when we arrived and taking us straight back to the car park without any delay. Overall, difficulty finding a parking space, and long wait for the shuttle made for a very stressful start to my trip.

Easy to find and enter. Buses regular. Car was all covered in layer of dust on return. Bus pickup at airport at departures not arrivals. Took time to walk and find.asked to pay £185 on exit on prepaid parking booking. Resolved issue quickly

The Multi-storey parking is very convenient for the airport. We were delighted to get the FastTrack passes however I did not read the small print. (see at end). Do NOT use the overbridge if you have check in luggage. Long twisting walk. Do NOT use the overbridge on your return if you arrive after 19:00 as it is not accessable from the airport. It is easier to go outside in the wind and rain!! Small Print: Those who have booked Multi-storey parking automatically get FastTrack passes. In this case, providing there are no bags to check-in, the easiest way to access it is via the overbridge on the second level of the Multi-storey car park. Follow the signs and you'll be in security in a few short minutes. If you're not coming from the Multi-storey car park the FastTrack lane is situated to the left of the e-gates (the area where you scan your boarding pass) as you make your way towards security. The FastTrack lane is open each day from 04:00 to 19:00.

I was quite disappointed because after paying for parking in advance when I went to leave the Car park the barriers wouldn’t work and it flashed up saying I owed £180 which got me quite frustrated it then took quite awhile for me to get out of the car park so not a great 1st experience

Very little spaces, would never park my good car in those tight spaces. Price doubled since March.
