“I have used FastPark on several occasions and have always found it to be convenient and safe. However, on my way home from a recent holiday, I received an email to advise that my car had been damaged whilst in FastPark. It transpired that it had been scraped and dented along the entire length of the nearside from front to rear wing. I appreciate that accidents happen and Edinburgh Airport Parking have accepted liability and will pay for the repair. However, that does not compensate me for all the inconvenience of getting estimates, arranging the repair and being without my car for several days while it is being repaired. Doubt I'll use or recommend this service again.”
“Honestly very poor compared to last time I used it . Real shortage of spaces despite being pre-booked , only available spaces at furthest edge of carpark and home to people it would appera whom are unable to put a car square between two white lines. Took 20 minutes to find a space and to cap it all someone scrathched teh car when I was away !.”

“My flight was cancelled so I didn't go to London. The car park attendant said to call Customer Services for a partial refund, but when I read the "small print" I saw no refund would be given. Disappointing, as all the times are in your system”
“Was really impressed until I picked my car up. I already had paid £80 to stay in the fast park for 7 days. I was then given a ticket to allow me to leave the car park, got to exit and put my ticket in the machine and was charged a further £6. My car was parked roughly 200 meters absolutely ridiculous to be charged more to exit.”

“Car park virtually full on arrival. 15 minute walk to terminal. On arrival home I discovered I'd booked return date for Saturday when we actually arrived early hours of Sunday. £54.99 for 1 week's parking ...plus £55.00 for being a couple of hours beyond our paid parking. What a rip off. There must be loads of customers who make this mistake. They'll make millions out of this.”

As advised if you exit out with the pre-booked period you will be charged the drive-up and park rate as the overstayed time was not pre-booked. It is the customers responsibility to ensure they have booked the correct dates and time.

“Good comms. Reasonable price. Very busy with only a few spaces, even at end of August. Many vehicles parked on double yellow lines and out with spaces. Came back to car to find dent on my bonnet as though someone had leaned or sat on it. Cannot prove it obviously and park at own risk, so take your chance as it is the nearest cheap walkable option. Surface is very rough for a four wheeled suitcase!”

“Charged £6 for overstaying when the only reason was my flight was delayed and only by an hour. I had allowed for a small delay. Also had the standard wait for your baggage to turn up, 2 flights land at the same time and they use the same belt for both flights luggage when they could have used a different one for each flight.”

“There are two reasons for my one star review. 1 - pricing. For some reason the same parking for the same dates was £20 more expensive on your mobile site than desktop which I only found out by chance. 2 - when I arrived at the time of booking there was not a single available space. Not. A. Single. Space. I’d booked to park my car in a space and there were none! That seems like a pretty basic requirement - I give you £50 for 4 days parking and you give me 1 space. I have no idea what I paid for. The only upside to the car park is that it’s reasonably close to the terminal and easy to find.”

“On our way out from carpark we were asked to pay for our stay £170 even though we pre paid. This is the second time this has happened to us. It not pleasant having a shock sum to pay upon arrival back home from holiday. It was eventually fixed and we could leave but it's is unpleasant.”

“Had an issue with my booking so contacted customer service for a refund. They agreed it was an error at their end and agreed to refund the money. Two weeks on and still no sign of the refund and not responding to my emails. Very poor customer service”

Our long stay shuttle bus was suspended in 2020. The car park is an approximate 12 minute walk to the terminal and we find it to be a manageable distance for most customers. Those who find the distance unmanageable can contact us directly to discuss how we can support them.
The long stay car park is marketed as a facility that does not have a shuttle bus and this is confirmed on our website and booking confirmations.
