The drop-off luggage arrangement was good, but, as a disabled Blue Badge holder I thought I was allowed 1 hour free of charge. I took a wrong turning after being charged £4 and then had to pay an additional £9 in order to leave. When returning from my holiday I found the hike to the Long Stay Car park far too long especially when carrying luggage. Additionally the signage from the Arrivals area was not too clear.

Easy to book online, poorly signposted from the car park to the terminal and vice Versa due to building works. Automatic ticket didn’t work and therefore on the way out tried to charge me two hundred pounds even though I’d pre-paid. Luckily was able to speak to attendant who opened barrier but not impressed

My van was bashed because the spaces were too small. The mid stay needs to have better signage. As I arrived at dark in the morning and left in daylight. Thank goodness a tram driver was about or I will be still stuck there

Having prepaid my parking for 2 days on exiting the barrier would not raise and I got a message saying I had £110 to pay. I pressed the button to get help. It was eventually answered and I was asked for my car registration. Barrier then went up. No apology or there you go! But all in all quite stressful after a long day. This had never happened before and don’t know why it did this time. Usually no problem.

I have used this carpark several times in the past with no problems however this time upon exit ticket wouldn’t work and tried to charge £140 fee. Rang for attendant which took several minutes to answer.

Having paid for parking in advance I was surprised at having to pay £180.00 to exit the car park yesterday morning when I was within the terms of my booking slot. I am not sure what has gone wrong but have submitted an online form via the website and await a response from the team.

Difficult to navigate back to long stay park in the dark and rain. Very poorly lit roads out of the car park and airport

Super expensive. Shame that jacking up parking charges is the business model that you PE investors rely on to build value. Would be much better if they made the airport a better place to visit instead of sucking out money through parking charges.

The parking was good value but the buses have no proper luggage racking so peoples luggage rumbles about the bus at every corner & despite booking & paying 3 months in advance on exiting the barrier demanded £330 so a lenghty conversation on the intercom with a staff member was required - poor end to my hols.

Upon leaving the long stay car park (which had been pre-paid) I was requested to pay £40. After pressing the call button on the exit barrier the call took quite a while to respond and the person on the other end of the line was abrupt and not very helpful

The ANPR incorrectly read a O as a 0 meaning we couldn't access the car park as it didn't recognise our booking, and the system demanded £75 on exit. This required a call to the supervisor and extra hassle at the end of our trip. This is very poor as the incorrect reading of the plate was an invalid format. This is very poor and checks and controls would be introduced to prevent this. Signage in and around the car park could be better too, in particular the walking route to the airport now there is no shuttle bus. The road surface is poor also any needs improved, and there are loose stones and gravel everywhere. It's also far too expensive - an absolute ripoff and licence to print money (they would probably manage to misprint that licence however).

It wasn't easy to find a parking space. Where it said "Spaces" there were none. The system of showing where there are spaces could be improved. We had a pre-booked parking ticket and it took some time to find a space which doesn't help when you want to get to the terminal on time.

Flight cancellation led to a 12 hr delay which cost an additional £50

Booked multistorey parking at expensive price and had to park on level 5 in open air. When arrived back car was covered in birds mess. The reason I booked multi storey was top park under cover but this did not happen therefore price was far too expensive.

Regret booking Edinburgh Airport Parking as there were no spaces left anywhere in the car park and it then meant we could not use one of the alternative car parks. Had to leave car tucked into an unofficial space on a chevroned area and then worry about it while we were away.

Instructions from the booking confirmation email are wrong! It states that there should be a reservation number on the ticket from the gate. There was none. I've spent 15 minutes on the phone, trying to speak to someone and clarify this. Without success of course. I had to fly out, thinking that I may need to sort this out when back or I'll be charged extra for parking without booking. Also there is no information where is the shuttle pickup/drop off point on the airport side. On arrival to the carpark,I walked to the hotel and haven't used the shuttle, so had no clue . There are no visible signs by the bus stops so I spent half an hour asking around the airport staff, where is the pick up point. Some of the staff didn't know, some actually directed me wrong... Finally I've managed to find the shuttle and I didn't have to pay extra for the stay but the experience and waste of time was horrible.

Too many pot holes, shoes and feet get soaking wet as unable to avoid deep puddles. Trolleys getting stuck and suitcases falling off into puddles.
