“Drop off was smooth and the guy manning the key drop was really helpful and friendly. Pickup was fine, but the car had seat and mirrors moved dramatically from origianl positions and climate control set to maximum. Good idea to train staff that setting a climate control system to max does not make it heat up quicker.”

“was quick and easy to use, I was really impressed with the fact my flight was delayed coming back so as I had to leave the car park later than booking time, I had expected to recieve an additional payment but I was not charged. I was mega happy with this as I was fretting until I was leaving the car park.
Only thing if I could suggest is some sort of directions back to car mid stay carpark at night time from airport terminal as I got lost and walked all the way round, this is first time I have used this car park as usually we use multi storey car park. so was a bit confusing to me.”

“The parking is great but the only bad think is that your car comes back for collection normally very dirty. I'm not sure where the cars are parked for the duration but they come back pretty much covered in dirt/ dust.
An optional car wash prior to collection would be good. Even at an Extra cost to the client.”
