“Hi, only moan was location of car. Ticket clearly marked E 2 referring to Fast Track E2 . Unfortunately adjacent to Fast Track are signs for E2 general parking. Confusing but kind Fast Track lady attendent put me right”
“Supposed to be safe and secure parking. Came back from holiday to find my car in the middle of the of resurfacing. Stone chips, fire, dust surrounded my car. Customer services not interested as I couldn’t show pictures of dust even though I had pictures of my car surrounded by industrial vehicles and smoke in the air”
“Pre-booked terminal parking but also required Special Assistance. No signage to tell me where to go for this, but did manage to find a disabled parking spot close to the terminal. Short distance but not best walkway to then push a wheelchair, while also pulling a 20kg suitcase & 2 on-board bags but managed, just! Good job I’m still young(ish) and capable.”

“It's easy to get to the car park, and it has plenty of space. The bus to and from the airport works very well.
The downsides for me are: The car park is very big and does not offer enough references so you can find your car again easily; The car park exit indications are not clear and signposted properly to ease the navigation on the car park.”
“Booked parking well in advance for a 10 day trip. Due to uncertainty in the Gulf we had to move the dates by 1 day either side of our booking. This is not an option and we were advised to cancel and rebook which we did so our parking price went from £63 to £144 for exactly the same 10 day parking with just a 24 hour move”
“Used Plane Parking for the first time and it worked well. However, for the size of the car park I feel there should be more than 2 bus stops and some additional highlights/signs to help you remember where you parked your car.”
“Very disappointed to find all Disabled parking bays on floors 1 & 2 were blocked off. As a result disabled parking bays on floors 3 & 4 were full.! So even though I had checked that there was disabled parking in the multistory car park that was in fact not the case.”
