Parking facility good. Disappointing that every time we use the payment is authorised and we have to ring call button to get out. Once we called for help, we had to provide various details when it was booked and already paid for through Edinburgh Airport.

Entering fastpark was smooth and easy Leaving is a confusing mess, poorly signposted poorly executed,no second trip through the scanner

Tried to charge me £150 to exit the car park when I booked and paid online Bus driver very helpful but very scary as I didn't have all that money

Now that we’ve been here once, we would book this car park again. However, on first use we found it difficult to find the walking path from the car park to the terminal. This resulted in us dragging our cases along busy roads to avoid huge puddles on the intermittent footpath. Better signage needed please. Also, our exit ticket was rejected by the machine and the gentleman on the intercom was downright rude. Staff training required please.

For the fourth time in a row when exiting the mid stay refundable car park it attempted to charge me despite paying online already for parking. The colleague on the intercom raised the barrier for me, but it is an increasingly frustrating way to leave the airport after a long day of business travel.

I usually go for multi-storey car parking and free tickets for fast track but was unable get in so went for valet parking. Found it complicated and car was parked outside instead off undercover

Unfortunately as I was leaving the Plane Parking site at around 1am at night I had placed my ticket inside the machine as I was leaving and it was showing an outstanding amount of £150. I then waited for quite a long time for someone to answer the intercom and it did let me pass, however I never understood where the issue was as other cars were passing with no issues and I was certain I used the right car park.

Very close to terminal. Only issue was on trying to exit at barrier it wanted £150. Buzzed and gave booking reference and was allowed to leave without paying.

Fast park is great unless you need to extend your parking time. To have to make a new booking is cumbersome and thereafter, the system doesn’t pick up the changes so that you need assistance to get your keys back on your return to Edinburgh Airport and assistance again at each barrier on the way out.

Could do with better signage for multi storey once past first barrier. Ticket not stamped with Reg Number/Booking Ref at either barrier in spite of pre-booking (last time didn't even get a ticket). Queried this a office and got a rather blase response from one of your staff that I would just have to press the buzzer to exit !!!

Parking the car is easy and stree free. The biggest issue I have with the parking is that often the ticket doesn't work automatically and you need to speak to someone to get out.

Good price good location good bus transfer to terminal but even though you book online you are still charged again at the departure barrier which requires you to call customer service, better use of NPR would be helpful.

I got a shock when i went to leave as the machine was telling me I had to pay £360 i was like I dont think so we have pre booked and paid for this it got sorted after pressing the button at the barricade its the last thing you want to see when you've just come home

Slight problem on my return collected key no problem but confusion on the way out had to collect another ticket inserted at barrier which then asked for £6 charge if I took the wrong way out the correct way wasn’t clearly marked
