“This is the 5th time of using FastPark at Edinburgh airport and would highly recommend. It is so easy to use and if your unsure there’s always someone there to help.”
“Used the plane parking site. Bit of a drive in and requires bus back to terminal but cheaper for that so what can you do? Return flight was delayed but barrier still opened no problem so can't complain. Good service!”
“Competitively priced parking as close as you can get to the airport. Having parked in the open air long stay carpark previously I never noticed that it now stated a 2.2m height restriction and only realised when I arrived at the entrance barrier and couldn't fit my van under it. I can't see any reason for it as there isn't anything a vehicle over 2.2m could hit. I had to then book again for the slightly farther away Plane Parking. The shuttle bus runs constantly from this carpark and was clean and warm on both journeys. I had to extend my stay which was easily done on the website so had to use the intercom to exit which was answered immediately and exit promptly granted. Will use the Plane Parking again which was cheaper than my first choice.”
“Extended my parking as flight was cancelled and paid for this. Had to pay an additional £15 late charge before fast park would give me my key….. still waiting on Edinburgh airport to respond to me around being refunded for additional charges as they don’t answer phone and staff apparently can’t help at fast park!!”
“Convenient (for accessing the terminal), but the parking area (Level 3 in the Multi-Storey) was wet and dirty, and (as usual) the lifts were not all working. Overall the facility does not seem to be well maintained.”
“Used Fastpark for first time at Edinburgh Airport. Used their Express online check in and was so easy. Arrived, parked car and left keys and off we went. When we arrived home scanned our receipt, got the keys which had a label detailing exact parking space. Picked up the car and off we went….all done within 5 minutes. Would definitely use this service again.”
“Waiting on a response to a direct message - return flight cancelled had to travel Glasgow to Edinburgh to get the car got to the airport around 12.40 waited 20 mins no bus walked all the way round to plane parking didn’t pass a bus another couple also walking to the airport - really not good enough especially given the distance to the car park fortunately the weather was dry but very cold and thankfully we did not have children in tow - checked the website said buses every 12 mins on one every 18 on the other but there was none”
“Everything was great apart from one thing which was the bus driver on our return back to the car park. He was driving the bus like it was a race car or that he stole it. Flying around the circles and around the roads with hard braking. Making ppl on the bus having to grip on really tight and trying to hold language from flying about also.
That was the only issue that driver needs to slow down. As some could have come of there seat and got injured.”
