“The car park itself and walking to and from the terminal is fine. However, the signage to this carpark is lacking and confusing. Despite using this several times, it's always difficult to see the signs as there are several other carparks in the same vicinity so it's easy to go into the wrong carpark. Also signage is not lit up so it's difficult to see in the dark. If signage was improved, I would give it 5 stars.”
“I love parking in the fast parking lot. Everything is done smoothly from start to finish . Drop your car off , register your details , get your ticket and then on return journey , scan the ticket pick up your keys and go to your car . Boom so smoothly done and so easy . Never park anywhere else now . We were out of the airport terminal within 5 minutes once we got our car .”

Only problem was I entered the car park to make use of the twilight luggage drop off, for which you advertise 1 hrs free parking but when I tried to exit the machine asked for £8. Got it sorted by the assistance button but you may consider updating your system.”

“Have used twice and both times the exit machine has told me I needed to pay £340 (this time) and £260 (October 2024). Had to contact a person at the machine to check my booking and the fact that I had paid for my week so no extra charge. This is not good and puts people off parking again!!!”
“Everything was very well done. The exit let it down. The ANPR system was not functioning, causing us to reverse away from exit and seek out an attendant who explained the problem. Could have been avoided by a simple sign at exit machine.”
“Booked into the long stay parking area, easy to find following the directions sent with the booking confirmation. Plenty of space and good signage to aid finding your car when returning.
Only thing to remember it’s a walk to the airport from the car park so check the weather”
