Issues arised when my flight from Dublin to Edinburgh was cancelled at 10pm at night. I was unable to extend my booking due to the time I was able to get logged on to Manage My Booking. As a result I was charged £80 which is unacceptable based on my attempt to extend my booking.”

I had a bit of confusion at the exit barrier about needing to produce my entry ticket, and the assistant was very patient and helpful. “Plenty Of Spaces in Multi Storey - Same problems as always on EXIT though ! number plate recognition cameras do not work and a demand for the non booked rate appears - its solved within a few minuets but it happens every time regargless of the car I use . Never happens in Glasgow - also of the 3 x Lifts only one was working from Ground Floor to first floor - one lift was "Out Of Order" in the second lift the first floor button was not operating . Poor .”
