“Overall OK. Had a glitch at car parking entry where the machine claimed I was in the wrong car park. Contacted assistance who double checked (I wasn't), but it was somewhat concerning - as the effect of being in the "wrong" car park is financially crippling at exit. Looking at reviews, this isn't a totally unknown situation.”
“It is definitely a lot more convenient to use Mid Stay Parking, compared with Long Stay Parking. Even so, the pedestrian route to the terminal is quite poorly maintained, and there was flooding in several parts of it on my recent visit.”
“I was booking for the the day before my journey, staying overnight at airport hotel, and got my dates wrong,so had to cancel and rebook. The cancellation was refunded almost immediately, very slick. Car park was as advertised, 2 minutes walk away from the airport.”
“I think the directions to the multi storey car park could be better, we ended up in the fast oark area and had to seek guidance from their staff, we then arrived at the multi storey and parked up. On our return we found two large traffic cones had been placed across the front of our vehicle and if i had not walked round the front of the car i would have driven off over them. When we got to the gate and inserted our ticket the machine told us we owed £320 , i used the call button and the operator managed to sort it but what a fright it gave us at the time.”
“I have used Plane Parking many times but on my last use I was disappointed that the bus being used was far too small for the amount of people waiting to return from the airport and the bus did not have any luggage racks.
This resulted in the bus being far too cramped for the short journey back to the parking lot as there was no place to put any cases.
It was also disppointing to note the larger buses were parked up at the side of the lot when we returned.”
“Fast Park is usually fantastic, and this is my 3rd time using it. This time, however, I noticed that the lower panel dash cover on the driver's side had been dislodged. This was an easy enough thing to put back, but when I reached out to the Fast Park team about this I received the corporate line:
"Our terms say... we can't verify... the driver's have confirmed..."
Okay well, so the team replied, but it felt like being brushed off. This was feedback about my experience and I would have appreciated being told, "hey, one of our driver's knocked their knee into this panel and dislodged it".
So, I'd still recommend the service, but do thoroughly - **thoroughly** - inspect your car upon your return.”
“Service is great. Only thing I found a bit confusing is when leaving the Fast track carpark was the ticket machine but maybe that was just me. Will use again for a short stay.”
“Drove in found parking space easily , bus stops were easy to find and didn’t have to wait long on bus at all, dropped near departures.
Bus waiting on arrival and dropped at car unless than 10 mins! Didn’t need to insert ticket on exit so sailed through and onto road home.
Fabulous service will definitely use this car park again and will recommend to others.”
