“Excellent - very fair price, regular, clean buses, and drop-off convenient for the terminal. The only thing that could improve it is signposting for the different areas of the car park. At the moment it's all the same - so you can't tell one line of cars from another.”

“I always use the Surface Terminal parking as it is outside terminal building & easy access on return.
No issues entering or exit.
I would suggest if new to this parking area that greater signage in hours of darkness would be beneficial.”
“I chose to park in the multi storey car park .I found the directions were very poor and ended up in the wrong part at the drop off area and had to exit and try again to find the correct entry which was not straight forward.It was dark but better signage is required”
“Parking was fine. Only problem is that my return flight was cancelled twice, I tried to find a link to extend my parking time but couldn’t. Also very difficult to find a customer service number to call. Eventually I had to pay an extra of £70 for less than 24 hrs extension beyond by booking time! This amount was double what I’ve paid for my almost 3 days parking!!”
