“All went well until at the last exit barrier I was charged £7 to open the barrier despite having paid in full in advance and leaving well within the booked time. I’ve reclaimed the £7 and await a response.”
“I have pre-booked the mid-stay car park a few times and several times, including this time, the entry/exit system has failed to read my car's number plate. This has meant that on exit I have had to press the help button in order to get someone to let me out without being charged the huge amount the ticket machine thought I owed.”
“Close enough to walk, pain due to cars being badly parked not in bays, weather was raining and due to walkway bit being covered we got soaked waking to terminal which is the reason I have given a 3 stars.”
“Use this facility every time we fly. Cannot fault it so easy to use and car in place ready for collection on our return. Staff always on hand to assist if required and very friendly.”
“Although we stated in our booking that we had a blue badge we were directed to park very far from the disabled parking bays and found out later that we had to tell the attendant on arrival that we required a disabled parking bay. Not helpful at all. When we returned our car was also not parked in the easily accessible bays but some distance away and had to move the car to allow us to load wheelchair into boot and give my husband space to get into the car”

“Easy to find and staff at entrace to help. A stroll to the terminal, plenty of signs easy to remember where your parked. Staff very helpful with my queries on email and at the buzzer on the barriers. Yes definitely a 10.”
