“Was easy to locate was plenty of parking. When leaving barrier opened as car was recognised. Would use again. Walk to terminal ok but if you had small children could be a bit far for them”
“I found the whole process from start to finnish very easy. I found a parking space straight away and it was only a short walk to the terminal. The pricing was very good.”
“Worst experience ever. We - 4 adults - didn't see the turn off for Plane Parking, ended up being caught up in faster moving traffic, meaning I had to drive through drop off, paying £6 for the fun! On exiting, we found car park, where I was issued a pre-booked ticket with my car registration.
On returning from holiday, put ticket into machine to exit, and was informed that the ticket had been used, pay £180 to exit. Thankfully, I was able to speak to someone, who sorted everything out, and lifted the barrier.”
“Quick and hassle-free! The attendants were very helpful. My car was frozen, and the attendants assisted in defrosting it upon our return, kindly providing and spraying de-icer. Excellent service.”
“Good and convenient way of parking. Only four stars because on entry the number plate recognition system didn't want to open the barrier so I had to phone the office. Same on the exit. Other than that very good service”
“The parking was fine. Quick to get in and get out. Unfortunately when I was leaving the car park and inserted my ticket at the barrier to leave, I was asked to pay another £7. No idea why. I wasn't late back. After an overnight flight, I couldn't be bothered to argue. The parking is expensive enough without being fleeced for extra.”
“Used this facility 2 or 3 times now and find it easy to book online, easy to access and good value. Only slight disappointment was on our last trip the buses stopped running for an unadvertised break and we stood for 30 minutes, but once bus turned up we were back to the car in no time and on the way home.”
