“Not clear how to gain access to the multi-storey car park. Ended up going to the drop off area and having to pay £6 for the drive through experience
I thought perhaps it was just me but my friend also had trouble. On my re entry to the correct exit at the roundabout the sign was not lit up and I think this is why we missed it initially.
Concerned that this may happen to other users, especially the older generation.
Once parked up - having the fast security was excellent.”

“Very fast and efficient! Dropped the car and keys of and on return collected the keys from thr box and the vehicle was waiting for us woth no damage or anything. The only down fall is that it was a bit tricky exiting the car park as the signage wasn't great to point us in the correct direction. It wasn't just us it was a few vehicles that were a bit confused, Apart from that a fast and efficient way to travel drop and go.”
