“Easy to book online and simple enough to park. Mid stay a good distance from the airport for the price. Only downside was the lack of linkage from parking ticket to my online booking - trying to exit the car park showed I had a balance of £140 due but was fixed by ringing the attendant (would be better to have a more seamless process here)”
“When driving up to the barriers the sign post for pre booked multi story was confusing. Comes up at barriers and not clear sign posting. Had to reverse and call buzzer to ask for help.
Also when driving up to the barriers having to take a ticket even though booked in advance - so not clear if license plate recognition would work or not.”
“Lift was unavailable on arrival. We were parked on level 3 and had to struggle down the stairs to use the fast track entry into the airport as unable to carry 2 large suitcases down 3 flights of stairs.”
