“One of the main features of the Multi-storey parking I selected was closed. We had an early morning flight & the bridge access route to the fast track security was locked. This meant that one of my group who had restricted mobility had to then take the longer normal route to security.”

“The staff emailed me back really quickly. My flight was changed to a few hours earlier so I needed to amend the time just before the two hours grace period before entry. Unfortunately, I had to cancel and go with another parking company. It was not possible to amend the time of entry. The new price with the extra few hours was now extortionate.”

“Parking is fine found a space ok. However designated walkway is fairly inconsistent and doesn’t really lead through the long stay - only the mid stay.
Could be worthwhile adjusting the layout and sacrificing a few spaces to allow a simple trolley compatible pathway through the full length of the long stay.”

“Thank you to the audio operator at the barrier gate. We parked in long stay by mustake instead if Plane Parking. The directions are confusing and seeing £110 come up on leaving wasn't the best experience!!”
“Easy to enter and leave. Cars were parked randomly all over the place and not in spaces, blocking routes around the car park. It was unclear if this was due to insufficient parking spaces or people wanting to park closer to the terminal. The walk to the terminal was not too long, however the surface was a bit rough for pulling wheeled suitcases and there were no obvious pedestrian routes around the car park to the terminal”

“Parking and shuttle service is excellent. More information on what to do if flights are cancelled in regards parking would be very useful. Got hit for a £45 charge after flight cancelled and didn’t realise I would have to go online and book another day”

When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes.

“Car park full of massive puddles couldn’t walk on side walk as there were cars parked up on them, also on yellow lines, no choice but to walk through the puddles so soaked before even getting out of car park,
Ticket wouldn’t register on way out but guys on intercom were very helpful”
