Easy to locate, clean, well lit and decent size spaces. Just disappointed to see that we were charged £20 for being late back to our car on August 29th even though the flight delay of 10 hours was entirely outwith our control and although we had included a good few hours to account for any flight delays we could not have anticipated this.

First time using airport parking. The car park was easy to find/well signposted. The car park itself however was an absolute riot, cars abandoned in the middle of the roads and on pavements due to lack of spaces. Managed to find a real space for my own car after 10 mins of searching. I had prebooked and paid online. On leaving the car park, when I put my ticket into the machine it came up with a charge of £266, even though as mentioned I had already prepaid. I had to press the service help button and the man then let me out after confirming my reg plate number. Not a terrible experience but also not a smooth one.

If ever faced with the same problem in future, please ring the intercom at the exit barrier and our team will provide a suitable alternative.It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes. I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time. Kind regards, Customer Support Team

This is so convenient and well organised. I would have scored 5 stars but both wheel arches on the left were scuffed. I was too fatigued after flight delays to sort out. May be cars just packed in a little too tight!

Facilities good, easy to find and close to airport. However, when we left couldn't leave the car park. An additional fee of £150 was displayed. We had to speak to a member of staff on the intercom. After an explanation by us, the registration was taken and without another word the barrier lifted. At the end of a day of travelling, this isn't what we wanted to sort out.

Car park needs resurfaced. Serious lack of spaces given we had booked in advance. A lot of abandoned cars left on pavements as there were clearly no spaces when they were let in. Thankfully it wasn’t raining the morning of our flight as it’s a fair walk to the covered walkway through huge puddles 🤨. Also better signposting of how to get to the walkways would be appreciated. Bit embarrassing that this is our nations capital’s international airport tbh

Got slightly lost in the different carparks pressed button for assistance and the staff were rude and very disrespectful I asked where terminal parking was the reply i got was Your in it try park inbetween the lines and cut off

Parking was OK, but the walking route through the car park to the terminal is not clearly marked. Too many cars were parked on the roadways and walking route rather than in the parking bays, making the walk difficult with a suitcase.

OK - but why is there no dedicated pedestrian way to the remoter parking areas with a surface appropriate to pulling wheeled luggage? Signage to exit could be better too.

Plane Parking is fine but do not like the way you handle delayed flights. My price for the 5 day trip was approximately £50 which is fine. EasyJet cancelled/delayed flight for around 18 hours and you charged me an extra £45 for this delay. So almost doubled the price for something totally outside my control! Very disappointing and annoying.

As advised in our terms and conditions, if you enter or exit out with the grace period, you will be subject to our roll-up rates as the time you have occupied was not pre-planned. Found parking in the long stay quite difficult as cars were literally just abandoned anywhere. Even trying to get my way out of the car park difficult for the same reason

Extending your stay after it has begun is complicated and it should be possible to do this online without any hassle. The process seems outdated.

Cons: The walking route to the terminal is dreadful, especially if you have big luggages. Asphalt needs urgent repair, full of holes and cracks. Pros: easy and straightforward access by car

It was OK. Short walk to terminal. Very difficult to find a space and many people parked not in spaces. No clear path to terminal so walked on road. Flooded in parts.

Parking was close to terminal. Easy to navigate to and online booking was simple. What’s not so great was the amount of cars parked on kerbs, blocking roadways and transit paths. Seems like nothing is being done to deter or reprimand these drivers. More needs to be done to organise this car park and stop this sort of behaviour.

Hi the parking was really good, smooth but what was confusing that there is no Bus to take you to the airport, if it had been raining and I have kids and 5 bags to lug my way to the airport it would have been a horrible experience, there is no shelter to the walkway till you reach the airport building.

Thank you for your review, Our long stay shuttle bus was suspended in 2020 and the car park is an approximate 12 minute walk to the terminal. The long stay car park is marketed as a facility that does not have a shuttle bus and this is confirmed on our website and booking confirmations. Kind regards, Customer Support Team

Parking worked well on entrance. On exit I presented my ticket, I was then presented with a message asking for £100 pounds despite the fact I had pre -paid, I then used the intercom to speak to someone to query this and that conversation was cut short at the same time as the barrier opening. I then drove away confused and stressed.
