“Everything was fine but it was the cheapest option on site and still hugely expensive, to a point where I did feel exploited. Edinburgh Airport as a location is so rubbish just now. It needs massive investment just to get close to satisfactory, let’s hope the new ownership has very deep pockets as it’s been poorly run for many years!”

“Parking was OK but first space available was on 4th floor. Lack of luggage trolleys was a major problem particularly so because one passenger uses a mobility scooter. Trolleys should be readily available on all floors.”

“It's frustrating that once in a lane you are stuck.. I had to pay £5 to enter and leave the drop off area as i was accidently in the wrong lane for the terminal car park. There should be leeway for not stopping at all within the drop off area if you are accidently in the wrong lane.”
