“Parking and price very good
When you get to the barrier though I was unsure what was going on,obviously I had prepaid but this wasn’t on the options so I took a ticket unsure when I got back from holiday if I would have to pay £170 for the week!
When we got back after midnight finding our car wasn’t easy we seemed to be walking on the main road and over a railway line to get to the car park:(”
“It s ok, easy to find,if you book on line you can get very good deal. I didn't like the entrance and exit. Too narrow.
Walking distance ok , but not really a good path.
One week, very cheap on line”
“Electric chargers for electric cars please! I can't leave my car with you for more than 10 days, as I have to deplete the battery to get there (30 miles), need charge to get back (50 miles for safety) and need to allow for battery drain when parked. Secure Air Parks can do this - why not you?”

“No Postcode for this car park and not easy to find in the dark. The “Long Stay” is on the many signs but this referred to other Long Stay eg Premier Inn Long Stay.”
“Usually ok but the last time I used the terminal surface car park it was unclear where I was to park. The signs were contradictory (one was saying car park was full but I’d paid to be there). Made us later for check in, not ideal in current times!”
“The parking booking was made to allow me to accompany my daughter and her family at the start of their return to Algeria. The booking process was quite straightforward and the selected car park was convenient, given the large amount of luggage to be taken to the terminal. The only problem was that the automatic entry barrier would not accept the ticket. Assistance from the audio speaker at the gate suggested we re-approach the barrier and try again. We did this several times without success and eventually the barrier was opened for us. Although this was resolved for us, clearly any delay at the start of a multi-leg flight schedule can be unnerving.”
“Priority parking in short supply due to covid testing so if you want that book early. We didn't but got a good price on terminal parking in any case, in the outdoor car park. Word of warning....there were not many spaces near the terminal at all so ended up a 10min walk away in an uncovered plot across a road. We were just grateful it wasn't raining as getting to and from terminal with luggage and 2 kids wasn't much fun. Otherwise, value seems decent. Still probably better than an offsite option.”
“Used multi-storey when away on holiday for a week as weather was icy so to protect car. Everything great until leaving when put card in it said I had £360 to pay. Sorted after contacting onsite office otherwise would have given 5*”
Hi,
It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes.

“Car park was easy to find and navigate, however the route to and from the car park to the terminal was very poorly sign posted and confusing. This maybe isn’t so much of a problem when the shuttle buses are running. It was a long and confusing way to walk to the terminal in the dark without any signage”

2) whether I needed to take a ticket etc before departing on my flight or indeed if I needed something to get out
By chance I guessed correct but signage or a more informative email when I get a booking confirmation would improve things”
“Signposting to get into the multistorey parking is really poor and not clear at all. I got lost twice and had to stop and ask someone for help. Finding a space was relatively easy and it's literally 5 minutes from car to terminal.”

“There are a few issues with this parking facility (long stay) however positively it was cheap - possibly due to these reasons though. The walk to the airport is not safe, it is not clearly marked or on a pathway. With children it was certainly not safe. It is hard to find a space and took quite a while driving round, there was no one offering direction to spaces. There were no luggage trolleys which added to the difficult walk to departures. This definitely should be rectified. I would not use this again due to these reasons.”
“Last time we used the airport parking right infrint of the airport we could not find a single space and drove about for so long we almost missed our flight. Very disappointed and stressful.”

There was a puddle at one of the car park gateways which is not good when pulling a suitcase.”
