“Arrived before 6am. Advised at barrier, Car Park Full when I put my ticket in. After some explaining, I was allowed in. On departure. I was told at the barrier my ticket was Already In Use and I would be charged £330 to get out ( For 4 days parking !!!). After a long wait, I got an answer on the intercom, gave my reg. number and the barrier lifted. None of that welcome either first thing in the morning or following an international flight. PS I had pre paid.”
“First class experience using this service as a 1st time user. So simple to use and made all the difference coming out the airport knowing I didn't have to wait on a bus”
“The parking was convenient and close to the airport, but overall I felt it was expensive for a week’s stay.
The biggest issue came when we returned to collect our car. We had prepaid in full before our trip, but when we reached the exit barrier, the machine tried to charge us an additional £185. We had to wait to speak to someone via the intercom to resolve the issue.
I must say that the member of staff we spoke to was very helpful and sorted the problem quickly. However, what was particularly concerning was that the car at the barrier next to us appeared to be experiencing the same problem. This suggests it may not have been an isolated incident.
Not everyone would think to press the intercom button or question the charge. Some people may simply assume it was correct and pay it, which is worrying.
While the issue was eventually resolved, it caused unnecessary stress at the end of our journey. Between the high cost of the parking and the problems with the exit system, I would be hesitant to use this service again and use other car parking”
“Easy to find, easy to find a space and very smooth on departure. Competitively priced too. A 5min walk from the car to the airport door, which was fine when its dry but I wouldn't like to do that when it rains!!”
“Chose plane parking as it looked good value. We found a space easily and didnt have to wait long for the bus. On our return the bus was waiting near the terminal building and left quickly. On reaching the barrier it advised we owed over £160 but we had prepaid and after pressing the assistance button a helpful man took out name and registration plate and lifted the barrier.”
“Parking was very straightforward and the transfer was quick. Only issue was that apparently the cameras hadn’t been working when I arrived, so when I left, the machine said I owed £145, a bit of a shock when I had prepaid.
A quick call on the intercom sorted it out and I left a happy customer. Would have been good to know the situation up front though, to know what to expect and how to rectify.”

“Absolutley disgusting service, I had paid to park in the multi storey car park on Sunday just for the day, my flight back to Edinburgh was severly delayed and i had to get back to Aberdeen that night, so i changed my flight and flew back to Aberdeen instead. I tried calling the car park operator couldnt get through, i tried to extend the car parking inline couldnt get it to work, it send on the website just keep the ticket and press the button when you get to the barrier which i did, and you charged me £130, for 1 extra extended day, that is absolutely an unwarranted rip off.”
