“Had to use the call button on arrival as the ticket machine would not issue a ticket. The gate was opened to let me in but no ticket issued. On leaving had to use the call button again. Had to answer various questions around not having a ticket and if I had overstay charges. Most airports have number plate recognition systems in place. I travel a lot most stressed I been parking and picking up my car.”

“Exit from car park not very clearly signed. Had to find car park attendant to clarify the exit. When found the second exit Barrier, on entering the ticket issued on leaving Fastpark area, it stated £7.00 was outstanding and had to be paid. Used intercom and operator cancelled and raised barrier. Not the best ending to a holiday.”

“I booked parking in the mid-stay refundable car park. Unfortunately, just an hour before I was due to arrive at the airport I received a message to say that my flight had been cancelled and I was therefore forced to cancel my trip. The website for Edinburgh Airport Parking doesn't appear to cover this eventuality. I have emailed requesting a refund as the parking was not used (through no fault of my own) but have yet to receive a reply.”
